Wheaton Bank and Trust

Ive been using this app for 3-4 years now since I opened an account in Wheaton. Very reliable and easy to use, I only wish it had more functions. Sorting by interest gained, Financial goal setting for the month, Total spent per week listing, Tax friendly sorting, just a few things that would personally help me in life. Otherwise the app does what it does, im convinced low star reviews are just by unreasonable standards. The app doesnt succeed or fail anywhere, its just average.

Very difficult to use compared to Chase and other bank apps. Including but not limited to: The password somehow seems to get out of sync with my password in the app and my password on the bank website, UI is clunky, and trying to reset my password seemed like and endless loop which eventually required me to call the Support dept such is always fun. Invest some money and please build app that's easy to use like Chase.

I like transfering funds easily, Zelle is nice, as the funds go directly into the bank acct of the person receiving the funds, not a separate acct, such as Venmo. The check deposit needs work. The flash of the phone is not enabled and you need to take multiple pictures of one check. I would also like to see acct opening from mobile. WBT already has all the info needed for this.

Updated September 2020. Newest update automatically turns on fingerprint login every time I login. I have to manually disable it each time I login. If I have selected to continue using my password the app should not keep changing my selection every time I use. A banking app shouldn't be this problematic.

The passcode option keeps turning off. I've had to turn it in over 10 times. I'm really frustrated with this app!

It does not recognize my phone # when I am trying to get a code. #2 It does not accept my choice. This app. Stinks. It never wants to recognize my phone number after trying all day. The next day it might accept it.

I can't use finger print to sigh in my account on my Motorola CellPhone not good at ALL, and the mobile app won't show in different color when i have a REFUND on my account it use to and their is no 24 hr customer service phone number . Please help me with this issues !

Constantly have trouble with the app and cant login. It closes out on its own

It doesn't let me log in and I don't know why. This is my first time with this app and bank and its driving me crazy.

I really love this bank because the employees that works there r really good to me and their right on top of everything, even when my checking account was being hacked into from someone that said they were from cashapp support. They always call me whenever there is a Suspicious I my account. And they called me on May 26th, 21 to see if ì Authorize these transactions for a $100 each And they took $300 Dollars out of my checking account. I did Authorized for $50.00 dollars taking out of my accou

I'm stuck out of town because the card says I've attempted to get $$ too often.

it freezes a lot, if that gets fixed, I'll rate it 5 ⭐

I love to think I always have a great experience every time I have a question or every time I go in for help.

This app crashes a lot and is unreliable.

App works great but I have a problem when I look for different locations

I dont undersrand why I cant plug in the date I want money Zelled, other banks have that capability

The company snd app should be avoided!

Every time the app updates, I get an error message, have to uninstall and reinstall to get the app to work. Frustrating...

The app works fine except for the mobile check deposit. With Samsung devices the check deposit camera will not focus on the check image. My camera itself works just fine but the app camera will not focus. It is pretty much garbage

Poor user interface, locks out constantly and generally does a poor job of continuing the impression of a really good bank.

Wintrust Community Banks, take a look at other bank apps, take what they are doing and implement them.

Will not open my online banking even though all passwords and ID work on my tablet and my laptop. No phone access, no service.

The whole sign up process is a headache. After all that, it wont let me sign in. Glad I wasted my time. I don't see myself with this bank much longer..

The recent updates have brought much-needed stability and functionality to this app. Very useful!
