My company says I have to use this app for mileage, and it worked until today. Today it keeps saying I need to upgrade the app before I can use it. When I click "ok" it brings me to the app store, but there's no recent upgrades there, and I do have auto update turned on. When I click "open" in the app store it takes me back to the app and says I need to install an upgrade to continue. Then it's back to the app store...endless loop. So, I uninstalled, then reinstalled. Same issue. Frustrating!
Useless as a driver tool. No place to put beginning mileage and ending mileage for the day. GPS tracking for mileage is stupid. If I get a call or have to do something on my phone it closed the app and stops recording mileage. Also resets at midnight. Obviously not created by drivers.
Very unreliable app. Crashes often, very slow. Now I cannot even open the app the day before I'm required to submit mileage. I've had enough.
No longer auto tracking with latest update. Doesn't work well with Samsung phones
the app had crashing problems for me in the past, understandable. Some apps tend to do that more than others. New update made the app completely unusable. I have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it to see if that would fix it. When I reinstalled it I was happy to be able to open it once again; however it then crashed again and I am back to square one where I can't even open and use the app. using on the Galaxy S9 Plus
Continued issues with app. Does not help in any way. Wish I could give no STARS

Doesn't do anything it's meant to. Crashes every 30 min. Used to send crash reports, doesn't ask anymore. App feedback button in app has been disabled. Clearly they know it doesn't function.
Unable to even sign in. I can sign in just fine on my computer, but this app just doesn't let me for some reason. I've typed my username and password so meticulously and made 100% sure that it was right. The same username and password that work just fine on my computer in Chrome. No idea why the app does this but it's super annoying
The app is pretty worthless if every time the screen goes black or Android auto takes over for safe driving, the application closes the auto tracking. You have a multitude of 1-star ratings oh, looks like this thing needs some work!
The app stops all the time,miss miles. I drove 323 miles one day and rhe system had stopped only calculated 121. I had to go in an manually input the miles. There a new update starting today will see if this corrects the issues.
This app is an epic fail. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use it. Crashes constantly, almost never accurately records mileage, kills phone battery in only a few hours.
Horrible experience, my company recently switched to this app for mileage tracking, because they are 'cheaper.' All I can say, is they get what they pay for. Every night when I get home from work, I need to enter all the stops I made throughout my day, because the app failed to do so.
App will not work all of a sudden. I try to log in and then it just sits there with the white circle spinning. This has been happening all day. I have tried restarting my phone - twice - and still nothing. Very annoying.
I love the app when I'm at the gas pump logs me out so I can't get my driver number, then I have to reset my password because "why not", then I can't use the password I want because it was probably the password I already had set, but because the app is garbage, it won't work. Great app. Glad I'm required to use it.
App is requesting i update it to be able to use it yet no upgrade/update is available. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. Honestly this app is so trash tier otherwise 95% of the time i have half the mind to turn my company car in and just quit all together cause its not worth it. Fix your **** developers. Its a mileage reporting tool, how hard is it to make it work?
Ever since the last update this app has stopped logging trips or the trip has been logged incorrectly. It doesn't work correctly at all. Please work on the app as it is required for work.
The app will be a great tool once the bugs are worked out. I went to view my new insurance card, and was able to view it once. Now it will not load. It shows that there is a card, but will not display it.
This does not work. What is the point of a program that is supposed to track mileage, if it doesn't track mileage? Motus was a much better program. Sorry our company went with the cheaper contract...it shows.
Slow, constant updates, the app dosent remember PW from month to month. Dont plan on anything quick with the app. Faster on the desktop and it's slow also.
The automatic trip logging doesn't work
TRIP LOG DOESN'T WORK!! If the trip log actually worked it would be a great app but with no trip log this app is close to useless except for the reporting mileage and maintenance part.
Crashes constantly on GS7, won't even open. It looked good for the few days it worked, mileage logging might be useful some day.
everytime I try to use the app it says it crashes and I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I also tried to call the number on the back of the card multiple times and it said it was not available at this time. it has definitely not been easy to use
April - Crash every time when selecting an option running Android pie 05/26/19 - I downloaded and reinstalled seem to be working. Thank you for the quick fix
I called their support and the person that answered was reading a manual to try and help me with my issue. Trying to learn it live while I was on the call. Tells you all you need to know about this app.
App is ok , but the following fields need to be added. Job name: Job #: Expenses name: Expenses total: Trip log notes has a bug.. I can't use the scroll feature on it. I'm using Samsung galaxy s10
Drove for over 1000 miles thinking the app was tracking my miles. Go to do my reporting and it recorded 19 miles. Oh to make it even better tracking by the Wheels app GPS is required by my company's fleet policy.
Does not track mileage. Days record then disappear. Contacted wheels customer service, directed to a voicemail. Have to enter manually which makes apps useless. Update. 7 months later. Stuck In ready to track. Crashes daily
