Why is this so complicated? It makes you create an acct just to see flights and no matter where you want to go, it is unavailable. They need to make the app easier to use and help you find places to go. Fix your app if you want people to buy.
No flights available. Tried multiple options, yet when I go to competitors, I can see flights. Y'all need to do better
This app is not a joke, it sells itself on an inexpensive way to fly, the marketing is saying you might be surprised how cheap it is to fly on a private. However if you download the app and plug in a simple flight such as Boston Manchester to Chicago you are offered the incredible bargain of $12,000 to fly. This is possibly the silliest thing I've ever seen

Garbage app... Thought I would compare it to XO Jet... total fail. I'm in Mexico City. I am a 10 minute drive from Benito Juarez Int. Do you think the largest airport in Mexico shows up as an option for me to fly out of? No. Do you think I can find the airport with a manual search? Also no... No idea if the company is as incompetent at the rest of their business as they are at programming basic search - but I won't bother to find out. Get it together wheels up... business is war.
Garbage App. Crazy complicated and couldn't find a flight ANYWHERE anyone would want to go. Priceline, Orbit. Travelocity.....all better platforms.
Why does finding a private flight have to be so confusing. App is a waste of time. Just list the flights and the prices. Why is that so hard?
Needing to set up an account, AND give your phone number is a big red flag for me. Nowhere in the agreement does it say that they will NOT sell your information. Unless you enable a free browse (or watch an ad browse), my rating will stay. P.S. using fake/dummy/paid accounts is not a good practice. They are easily identified and hide the individuals that are posting constructive criticism.
Flying private is for convenience and this whole mess of finding a useful flight isn't convenient.
App not capable of finding airports. Probably defunct. Unusable. Just want to collect and sell your data.
The ad for this app said it was a way to find cheap private flights or seats on them but there is nothing cheap about them.
XO Jet is way cheaper, Easier to use, let's you browse random flights, and has over 10 times the users making it easier to fill seats making it cheaper for everyone.
Account creation is a joke. Nothing works. I can't change the country to even sign up. I hope the company is better than their app🤦♂️
Love this, annual subscription savings are massive for us, hot flights for one-way trips can be cheaper than first class.
There are no flights anywhere. App is hard to navigate.
Doesn't work for Australia, can't verify phone as only +1 country code is available and can't be changed.
Awesome idea but way out of my price range. The only reason I downloaded it was to see what rich people do and how they get treated. Lol
Can't sign up. It says my cellphone number is invalid when I enter it to validate my account.
Tried to sign up through the app but it said my Mobile number was invalid. The same mobile number I've had for... 25yrs. #wheelsdown #failwhale

This app is in a constant state of repair, and when it "works", it works poorly. How can you offer a high price premium service like private flight, and not have a working mobile application to book on?
