Wheels2U Norwalk
Wheels2U is an on-demand shuttle service that will come to your location, pick you up and bring you where you want to go. Like a taxi or other ride services... but its operated by the City of Norwalk. Our shuttles have professionally trained and insured drivers with onboard security to keep you safe and secure. Plus, our 12 person shuttles (wheel chair accessible) are spacious with large windows and lots of room in the aisle.
Shuttles operate in specific zones of Norwalk that are clearly marked in the app or on our website.

Wheels2U is supported with funding provided by The Sono Collection as well as State and Federal funds.
Wheels2U is a new concept for transportation. The service takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Wheels2U app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up at your door or on a nearby corner and drop you off within at or near your requested destination. We use smart algorithms to provide efficient journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.
How long will I wait?
- You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up time before booking and you can use the app to track the shuttle in real time!
How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
- The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on capacity and your chosen destination!

Very convenient service. Would use it everyday if it covers Wilton too. One request: It's a great way for people to travel from one place to another. Please increase the coverage area and the days.

Just moved to CT. Was looking for options on getting around while saving money for a car during inflation right now. Pretty much the major places I need to go are "out of zone" even thought they're not that far.
Can't beat this app for getting around Norwalk. It is a little limited on the location it will pick you up from and drop you off at. However, it's way better then walking and waiting on the bus. Plus it's only $2; uber or a cab cost way more. The app is easy to use and works great!!!
