The last update made this app useless. The ETA doesn't work, and the bus is showing movement on the map. It was a great tool, and if it gets fixed it will be again, but right now it's poo.

Works good when there is no substitute bus. Occasionally the rout and stop is way off and haft to contact them threw the app that is cumbersome. Works about 75% of the time which is nice when it's up and working.

This is a fabulous app. Once in awhile it is not showing the correct info, though, and when i contacted help, I never heard back that I could see. Still, this is a great tool.

Fairy accurate with time. Obliviously there's a delay (I can see the bus coming down the hill when it's supposedly 3 minutes away) but gives me a ballpark time so I'm not freezing off my nickers waiting at the bus and not knowing when it'll be there. Sometimes it doesn't connect for a few minutes (I've seen as long as 9) but I can usually close and reopen the app and it'll update.

It's been 2 weeks and the app still isn't working. I NEED to know exactly where my autistic/SM child is at ALL times. EDIT: It's now 7 weeks and the app still doesn't work. I've called transportation office and they said they would fix it t back to me. Never heard back

While I'm super thankful to have such an app available to me as a parent, I have experienced several issues with it. The GPS/Timing seems to be quite inaccurate - Every Single Day! I basically keep it on my phone to assure my kids have gotten on the bus after school. (Scan their ID cards and it alerts my phone. That feature in itself, makes this app worth having. Could definitely use a little improvement, but still appreciate having it.

This app is useful if and when it works.... this app is garbage... it never works properly and just irritates the hell outta me... I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone

I used this app to know what time my twins bus is coming so we are not late. And all the children at their bus stop is bigger than them and always pushing so they have always boarded last, but were unhappy about that. Well one day utilizing this app I was able to tell my kindergarten girls exactly where and when to stand to board their bus and they were first for the first time since the start of the school year. The joy in my heart to see not one smile but two. Thanks where's the bus.

Will not fix the routes or the bus numbers. Been asking if they could for awhile now. The only way we know where the bus is at is when my child signs on. Only having issues with elementary school though. Middle school routes seems to be fine.

It started out very good but the estimated time wait is very inacurate but the app is still useful... Fix the bugs and the app will be great.

The App needs lots of improvements when it comes to timing/milage/status. However I'm grateful for it because I know when my kids get on/off the bus.

Simple and often very effective. Sometimes the bus takes a huge leap forward, throwing off planning.

This app has had bugs for the past two years I've used it. Most of the time it is incorrect. It also puts notifications up for a certain day and then lets them run for days or weeks past the event. Unreliable. I spend a lot of time sitting at the bus stop unsure where the bus is but afraid not to show up even when it indicates it will arrive two minutes after school ends. Alternatively it will say arrived when it's nowhere in sight or it will send me an arrival 30 minutes after

So far, this app has been wonderful in helping us know when the bus is. No more standing at the bus stop for 45 minutes in this Florida heat in the afternoon waiting. :) Update 9/16/21- it seems more often than not that the app unfortunately glitches and will say no eta, or there is a problem try again later. It's honestly a very brilliant idea when it works, but definitely needs work to get a bit more consistent with letting us know where the bus actually is & when it will be arriving. <3

Great concept but unreliable information. I've been using this app for 3 years, there are always issues. Almost always the app displays the wrong bus stop and ETA, even though it shows the correct bus stop under my son's profile. Also intermittently shows my son as not registered for bus when he clearly is. I just follow the bus' progress on the map and judge arrival tomes rather than depending on the app info.

Newest Edit: My child's stop is now in Iowa City...WE LIVE IN FLORIDA!! No ETA listed EVER, Can't get alerts/notifications when the bus is close or anything similar! It's just literally not an option which, come on, that's pretty friggin basic! So basically all you can do is watch the bus icon and its not always correct!! Get It Together It's 2021! 🤨

It automatically Scrolls in to right where the bus is instead of allowing you to keep it scrolled out so that you can see both where the bus is at and where you're at and have an idea of how far away it is just by looking at the map. Even if you scroll out a couple seconds later automatically Scrolls right back into the bus up really close

Terrible, it's "inactive" 90% of the time making it impossible to track the bus location. My child has miss the bust several times because of this.

Its a good app. Unfortunately, the departments of school transportation dont always give you subsitute bus information. I receive texts from the school with the replacement bus number, but there is no way to find that bus route. It would be nice if that feature were added in (locating replacement bus numbers). It's very accurate and usually not any problem. Our school transportation never answers emails though. There's an email system built into the application. All in all, great app.

Worked the first day of school, but almost every day since then (a week and a half), I'll open it to check the bus status, and the app crashes and won't open. The website says I can only use the app, which far too often doesn't work. Not reliable and I wish these glitches would be fixed, for safety sake. I would gladly update this review if these issues were corrected.

This app is constantly unavailable. It doesn't lock the kids in when they get on the bus or lock them off when it gets off the bus. They definitely need to upgrade this app. And when it says 10 minutes to destination it's always wrong whenever the app actually does work.

The app had been working great, only occasionally not showing the buses but now it simply keeps saying there is no bus for my student. After calling to confirm my student was still assigned a bus, they said it was a bug but should be fine, that doesn't help me though since the whole reason I got this app was to track the bus. It's not like I don't know ones coming, I want to know where it is so I have peace of mind about their safety.

I am loving this app because it shows me where the bus located on it's route. It is slightly a tad behind, especially on foggy days, but it's close enough that I can have my child ready to get on the bus on time. Another great feature is the display of times my child used the keypad when entering the bus and exiting the bus, very convenient. I also love that I can keep an eye on the bus until it gets to the school, which allows me the added peace of mind. Definitely worth keeping on my phone.

Overall does it's job the only issues I have which may not even be the app itself fault but the afternoon pickup time for my elementary students is NEVER correct. If there are delays it won't know tht or let you know and if a bus has switched it will show both numbers.

This app is pretty accurate. But it newly just started not working off and on and says that something went wrong please try again later. When you try again it again it just keeps saying it. It would be great if this problem is fixed due to not enough bus drivers so then us parents will know where our kids are at or if the bus is running a little late. I also think if the bus is a sub bus they need to put the sub bus number on the app for that bus. Used to do it once in a while but not anymore.

Easy to use. Accurate. Both parents can use it simultaneously. Would recommend.

Neat IDEA. But it's been a month now and my son's stop is STILL at the wrong location for the most important of the 2 rides...his pickup. The bus arrival varies by anywhere from 10-20 minutes, which is clearly an issue with the bus company, but it sure would be helpful if his bus stop was at the right location in this app! I've sent numerous emails now over the span of the last several weeks and, still, no changes. At this rate, it's useless to me. So... I will be uninstalling.

Great idea, but highly flawed and buggy. Support and Customer service do not exist. The app worked just a few times, I reinstalled based on an available update and I can no longer get it to function..... despite my parent account set up properly. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT OUR SCHOOL DISTRICT DISCONTINUE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

If I was able to give this 0 stars I would. It does not work at all. Hasnt worked even 1 time this school year even after my childs schools transportation department told me to install it to see when the bus is close. This app is a joke. Wish it worked cause I hate when my kid has to stand outside in the cold for a hour, a couple times over 2 hours, cause the bus is late.

Loved this app for mornings!! Thank you Only thing to make better would be updates on bus changes or breakdowns
