Extremely inaccurate and rarely functions at all. Notifications don't work. Useless *Edit...3 months later... down grading from 2 stars to one now that I'm using the app on a new device. Thanks for sending me notification of a severe weather alert 15 min after it was issued and only after I opened the app long enough to check the radar and take a screenshot of current conditions to send a friend as a heads up bad weather overhead! I miss Jamie Simpson

Good app but lacking one feature crucial to the Dayton area: tornado specific settings. It is currently not possible to set a siren just for tornado warnings, and that's the feature I would consider the greatest public service for Miami Valley residents.

Stops all the time. Each time viewing temperature, app must retry. Videos of forecast load maybe 60% of the time without issues.

It is a great app to cheak the weather with. I was going to a party and I looked at the radar to see if I need a gacket or not. Thanks for the great app!!

If you could fix the repeated weather advisory notifications that would be great. I read and dismiss a frost advisory and it keeps popping back up over and over. Should only need to dismiss it once. Oh, and as others have pointed out, you should NEVER be forced to view an ad before viewing a weather emergency report. That information needs to be accessable quickly. Please fix this fatal flaw.

Like the app sometimes. I woke up to noaa weather radio going off and no power and a tornado warning. Thought the house was coming down. Got on the app to check. 30 second add before the news. Don't think apps should be on during emergencies. That's pretty messed up.

Keeps sending notifications after I turn them off. Keeps turning notifications back on after I turn them off. Had to uninstall as I keep getting notifications every 5 freaking minutes. Will re-install once they get it fixed.

Mostly great, but seems clunky sometimes.

The current conditions list temp, clouds, and 'feels like'. Not that informative. I would rather have some wind and barometer info - mph, up, down, steady...which is why I switched to Weather Underground's app - much better, much cleaner - great current conditions section. Maps show front lines, etc much better app.

I like all the information the app shows when it's actually working. Multiple times a week it freezes and you cannot navigate the tabs. With me having high anxiety during severe weather, this does not give me peace of mind.

Uninstalling the app. Tired of "notifications" every day about unnecessary things of no interest. Originally downloaded, and enjoyed, the app to keep tabs on local weather and moreover the alerts. Now, with the updates, the app is unwieldy, not user-friendly, and bothersome. Think I would rather be swept up by a tornado, which coming from someone who directly experienced an F5 ..., than to continue using this app.

The new app is faster and looks nicer than the old one, but I'm really disappointed that the written forecasts are no longer available through the app. I'd rather read the forecast than watch a video. I uninstalled the app and pinned WHIO's website to my homescreen instead.

Very happy with the app. Everything I need is quick and easy to find. Temperature by the hour. What chance for precipitation. Radar. Literally everything else I can think of. And its so easy that my 7 year old can navigate and answer my questions.

Great app! Although I've had issues with the notifications to where I'm not able to remove them after viewing them, I usually have to uninstall the app and redownload the for it to work or either force stop the app, please fix this issue.

Info not currently & too many ads! When I get a push notification I must watch a 14 second ad before viewing a short video which is far from the point of why I got the alert. I don't care what happened at 2PM when I get a notification at 8:45pm! Then I must watch another ad to see addl info.

They advertise that they are 2 minutes faster. How come I get a lightening alert AFTER the storm is already here? And raining in Kettering right now, but didn't even show on this apps radar but was up to the minute on Accuweather app. Need to quit messing with the "looks" and fine tune the tools. Disappointing. The Channel 7 staff are excellent at what they do, but this app is not.

Do not like the new version of this app. Very confusing and ads are too close to where I need to navigate, for example the radar. Don't like the new radar either. I am not opposed to change, but this is too confusing.

It's ok. Keeps sending the same weather alerts every 5 minutes. Also won't use the selected sound when an alert occurs. Just vibrates.

Great when it works. Had been working fine for 6 months then it stopped downloading weather related info. I deleted the app and reinstalled it 5 times over 2 days with the same results.

Since they upgraded app it never works! Always says can not connect retry. Also never recieve any weather notifications anymore. If there is a emergency weather situation I would never know it!

I check this every day! Very accurate

Why did you mess with a good thing? The simplicity was what I liked about the old design. A quick look and I had the info I needed. Seriously considering looking at other local weather apps.

Yesterday I got a weather alert on my phone.That is good....the only reason I installed the app was to be alerted to severe weather. (So, one star for that) .But..it was a tornado WARNING "for my area". I then had to watch a cat food ad over and over while trying to find out WHERE the tornado was spotted. Thankfully, it wasnt Sidney or I could have died trying to find out what I needed to know.... watching a cat food ad!!!junk.
