Can you please go back to using the stock camera app instead of the built in one? The one in app is really annoying to use. The buttons aren't where they're convenient and I have to turn on the flash every single time it opens. Very annoying when taking 10+ photos for an inspection.
what would make this app better is if one of the things you had to do was walk around the car taking a video. then when you use the car next it allows you (or the next user) to compare the videos. for all those times that you are unsure if the damage was there before you or if it happened while in your possession.
Can't use All features with an android phone. Can't use photos from your camera roll to up load a photo. Name doesn't show up on your profile. Like with an apple phone.. Can only do those features if you have an apple phone. Stinks! Can't go back to change a entry once submitted. Doesn't work well with an android phone limited use of app.
This is my first time using this type of software for truck inspections. I love it so far hey glitches once in a while because I go out to different areas where I have low service but other than that it's perfect.
Very good app. Specifically designed to its ability to cross check everything in detail. Makes job easier for the driver and management for any repairs or maintenance etc.🙂
What's with the new update? I can't use my Galaxy S10+'s wide lense anymore. I was able to use it to zoom out further without having to walk back but now it's so much of an inconvenience. I inspect 20+ vehicles a day and the camera is the most crucial part of the day.
We need to be able to check one side and take a photo. Then walk around the vehicle, meanwhile checking off the list. It's the same thing just a different order. And there needs to be a check service option for oil and guilds. Not just leaking fluids. 3.5 Recent 6-14-2020 I got a new phone and now the app saves the pictures i take automatically. So now i have to delete 12 picutres everyday so that i my personal phone doesnt get clogged with junk Rating now went from 3 to 2.
worked for about 2 weeks. Now I waste my time entering all the information just to get an error message that my report cannot be sent. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and now it wont accept my log in
one problem I can take pictures of the front, driver side and rear but when I do the passenger side it locks up. My company is looking into it but maybe you have a solution already. Just reinstalled and working now.
This app is very easy! Each picture describes the shot you take. The pre trip report is good as well!
excellent like to use it surprisingly detailed and thorough especially like the fact that doesn't confuse my personal vehicle with my commercial vehicle I was apprehensive about that but nothing to worry about
Good. I need to re-arrange the order of the inspection. I'm not able to from the app. If you could have a edit option so I can that would be great.
Works ok for the most part. Sometimes when I log into it the app shows me old logs vs the one I last did.
All my assets have been reset and having nothing. All I'm getting is test vehicle. And cannot view any of previous inspections.
Its better than DOT paper sheets. Saves time and you dont have to worry about it going missing because its a app. Easily a 5 star app.
tedious waste of time. makes you climb in and out of the cab forced to follow it in order. worst pre/post trip app ever. is it possible to give negative stars?

It does not work!!! Uninstalled 5 times now!! It stops when it ask for fuel amount at step #2.
$6 per vehicle monthly. You guys should be up front about the charges, and more clear. I pull other ( not my own ) trailers. So is each trailer going to cost $6 to inspect?
I am a professional chauffeur with one of the leading companies in the industry this app has solved so many I have not done that damage problems as well as helping the company to care for its Fleet I am extremely grateful and thankful for this app

It's easy and asks for important photos which is great for both the driver and my contractor.
I believe in my opinion that the app needs a little bit more detail on the description on what it's requiring for certain questions, or maybe
gets you going alot quicker check down inspections no wet ink in the rain or snow. Pictures say a thousand words on bus conditions too.
Do not like having to get out of the vehicle to complete the inspection. App should be set up to do out side inspection first then complete the fuel, mileage and picture of where clients are seated.
Smooth and simple to use. I have this app installed on two devices, there are no Sync issues. No data losses. I can perform a pre trip on one device and any other Inspection on the other device, and all records remain in order. I have created five forms for my company with no issues. Reports are easily exported, and forms can be edited easily, I know this because I have seen me edit the forms. To the Developer: Thank you for your efforts to make this app Tim proof.
