App not up to date. Snow report stuck in summer season. My old phone with the old version of this app has the up to date information on it. I don't get why the newest version of the app doesn't get updated but the old one does.
Horrible. Considering it's almost $200/day to ski there, you'd think they'd at least put some remote effort to make their app usable. Straight up embarrassing and unprofessional :/
This is the worst app I have ever seen. Nothing works. Only allows facebook login to track your runs. Why????
Terrible and not up to date...eg snow report shows summer operation. ..app freezes. Useless!
The app was great, too bad it's no longer fully functional with the new owners and their useless epic mix app
Hasn't been updated except for today's date for several months. People want info and can't get it here.
Epic mix by Vail sucks. This app is way better. Unfortunately this app is not working on my phone anymore.
Nothing works the forecast sometimes worked but you can't even use the GPS map

Stopped loading Weather and WB+ two weeks ago. Most useful features now non-functional. Remove and reinstall no help. I will be uninstalling permanently unless developers fix this. Too bad, it was a decent app when it was working in December. UPDATE: updated my chrome browser and functionality restored. NOTE TO DEVELOPER: you should be telling your subscribers this - I'd up the review to 5 stars if you had been proactive in this regard.
GPS trail map not loading most tiles. Can't login to Facebook if using 2 factor. Should use normal fb login APIs instead of rolling your own browser based thing. Login to my account didn't work with correct password until I reset it. Very slow.
So SAD that VAIL resorts dumped this excellent app and replaced it with lousy "epicmix" app (more like epicFAIL). Also, Vail promised continued access to past ski days, but, of course, they broke that promise (can no longer see ski days prior to 2017-2018 season).
Facebook sync crashing app. Gets stuck in the WB+ help section and have to reinstall app to fix. Map that shows current location won't download.
Every time I try to sign in an error code comes up and I'm unable to sign in. This app has rarely worked for me even with updates
Updated, snow report doesn't work at all, says it is closed for summer, last updated Jan 5. Weather report also stick in summer
Was at WB for a week of hiking. Claims I have no scans, however I scanned maybe 20 times. Appears this app sucks for a lot of folks.
*update*: I gave up, as now forecast and lift status no longer work either. no weather, no lifts, no stats, no use. I've uninstalled for now. Might try again in a while. Very too bad, as it was awesome when it worked! The app worked just fine until a few weeks ago when I got logged out somehow and had to log back in. Now the WB+ stats page comes up blank. Everything else like temps, lifts, forecast, etc works - just can't see my stats anymore... 2 star until fixed. GPS also quirky and won't load properly. WB+ app so good when it decides to work though!
Still not able to create my account. Says to contact WB+ admin. Sent emails. No help. I would probably love this app if it let me use it.
The trail map only loads some tiles, making it fairly useless compared to a boring old paper map
App doesnt work for maps, which is too bsd when you view run tracker. Otherwise not bad

Amazing app that records vertical and provides useful daily info about mountain conditions. I use it every time I hit the hill!
Was unable to scroll down pages (Samsung Galaxy S5, making this excellent app useless. All is fixed now and this is once again a must use app during your stay in Whistler!

Rarely works, when it does it's not very intuitive.
Flagged as not up to date by my Android phone. In the past this app worked like a charm. Now, in 2020, I use a Pixel 1, and I cannot login to my account. I cannot reset my password. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, all to no avail. After talking to Whistler staff, I understand this app is no longer supported and is obsolete. I recommend the Play Store remove the app from its offerings. Too bad, as it was very functional.
