White Castle always has high quality team members and quality food. The app is fairly good for the amount of menu items White Castle carries. My only dislike is the required 15 minutes it wants you to allow for order pickup. This is good in the fact that it prepares you for a possible wait during busy times but discourages ordering from the app when you have already pulled into the parking lot. A "I'm already here but understand that my order may take up to 15 mins to prepare" may be an idea.
Works well and easy to edit. Would be nice if prices were listed with the menu items. For example, to know different prices between sizes or quantities like a sack versus a small or 20 piece versus 10, etc.
NEVER pay in advance. What is the point of this app when you have to wait in line anyways? There was a long line and the app said my food would be available at 10:27. So I show up at the window at 10:31. I'm not stopping behind the line of cars since I already ordered my food. That is the point of the window. I show up and the poor over worked employees clearly don't have the food ready. This app needs to be made extinct since it's completely pointless.
This app lets me pay for my order under false pretenses, then allows me to still have to wait in a half an hr to hr line with out the opportunity to cancel my order and get my money back or get my food. what's the point of the damn app that's bull$##$, I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever EVER.... Use this app again. I would rather starve first. I wish I could use negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to truly show how bad this app is and the service of WHITE CASTLE.
Impossible to pay through the app. Evertime I put my info in, it sends an error code for "declined" regardless of card i use. So I have to go there and use the same card and it works with zero issues.
It's kind ofnok but it's also very glitchy and stole one of my special deals for joining Crave Nation. I had 1 free 4slider combo meal and it completely erased it from my cart and it's no longer showing in the deals section in my app.
It's always nice to have the option to pay before and just get in line it's fast and convenient! There are a few times my order isn't correct but food is always hot and fresh the workers stay on it!
This is the worse app. I literally can only see one line on the slider menu because I can't close the 2000 calorie information. Ridiculous!
App would be great if prices were known before adding to cart. Takes too much time to order that way. Pay Now option often declines valid payment info.
Hate standing at the counter trying to use the app. Could not figure out how to get the chicken rings special ! A real pain, having an offer like this !
I found out about the app at the restaurant and when I tried to redeem the free combo meal for new members I couldn't. This app definitely needs some updating.
I had absolutely no problems with the app! I was worried because of all the negative comments, but so far so good. Hope it's as smooth when I pick the order up now!!!
The promo code disappears before the time run out. So I just placed an order and the code just flat out disappeared from the screen with 10 mins left to use it
Items are half visable and it's difficult to select items to purchase. Not user friendly. Needs work.
Very easy app to use. I got 20% off. It's easier than ordering through drive thru or done in.
Love having the app to access so easily from my cell phone. And the coupons are always a plus when ordering.
Nice to be able to pay at pick up. I won't get any apps requiring I store a credit card.
App requires login to order online, but when creating account, it says the email address us already in use. Making the entire app unusable.
The app may or may not take cards. Yes, these are perfectly good cards that when you call, the app never made the request. Sometimes, it gets hung up on the order screen. There was a brief moment when it worked (took credit cards) but then started declining again. Would the developers like to work on this problem? It would be nice to order, pay for it, and have someone pick it up for you. Don't be a McDonald's. **Update 3/25 - Nothing's changed**Update: I've been told, it's not they're fault.
Worst online ordering app out of all fast food places. There are trouble with using the coupons, but I'm not even going to go into detail on that. The biggest problem is you have to give them a specific time when you'll pick the food up, and you can't select anything less than 15 minutes, and inevitably if I show up"on time" your ood's cold. But if I show up early the employees always have a bad attitude and point out multiple times that you're early.
I lost a coupon because the app only gave me the choice to update and when I pressed that, the coupon was gone and my order was not added to the sack. So I chose something else and, as has happened every time, I had to put my payment info in twice. This app is horrendous in terms of usability and this time it actually cost me money (in terms of a coupon being lost). And I couldn't give it 0 stars for that it I would have.
Gave one star because half the time you order on the app the restaurant doesn't even receive your order and try to argue with you about your order when you have the confirmation right on your phone

This app is not user friendly at all. I am unable to get around the blue 2000 daily calorie screen...
Waste of time. I came 20 minutes after my puck up time and had to wait an additional 20 minutes roughly for them to make my order. This app prevents you from grabbing your food and go.
One thing I would change is to show the prices. You have to add the items to the cart to find out the cost.
The app works well and allows me to order food for pickup. It's very bare-bones though and offers little incentive to use it. No rewards program and few coupons to use. So really it's just good to use if your ordering for several people and you don't want stuff to get mixed up. I love White Castle but they really need to look at what McDonalds and Wendy's do with their app/rewards.
