White Sands FCU Mobile Banking

Useless application, barley even lets you login.. and when it does all you can do is view funds and transaction history. Have considered moving banks simply for a working banking app when I need it.

Half the time i try to login on the app my information is received as incorrect. Website works better than the app. App is more convenient, but only when it actually works. Constantly the app is down for hours after 12AM. To be fair, about half the time the app isn't functioning, neither is the online banking directly on the website. Who ever you have hired to fix bugs and manage the app/online banking needs to be fired.

Love being able to check my accounts anytime anywhere. I can transfer easily between accounts. I can check my autopay bills to see if they have cleared. It is so much easier to use the mobile app. Love it

The app can never verify my login information, which leads to not being able to check my account! I've contacted customer service about it and they didn't help much at all. Very frustrating

The app is ok but the issue really is that their web site isn't very functional it does not give you full historical totals which makes it useless in tracking you're expenditures. I know nothing beats pen and paper😁

Frequently forgets my password even though I have biometrics on for security. Deleting the app just like I closed my checking account with them for continuously messing it up.

All the app is good for is checking your account balance and maybe 2-3 months of recent transactions... can't update any information or request statements. Practically pointless to have.

love the app. ALWAYS have to uninstall and reinstall in order to access it. Have no problems accessing my account on the internet.

I loved this app until it stopped working. Bank supposedly doesn't know why. I've received no feedback on why. I've tried everything. Doesn't even go to log in page.

It's always nice to have the convenience of mobile banking. I mostly use it to keep tabs on spending but regardless it's really handy.

Keeps locking up my phone! Have to continually reset my phone to get it shut off. Updating has helped either.

This app says it is no longer compatible with my tablets. No help from customer support.

this entire week the app hasnt not worked, I click on only for it to close itself, fix it, update the thing 😐

Good for checking balance and up to 2 months transactions can't do deposits

This app is meaningless. Have to always call bank to unlock acct. Which is my 3rd time doing this month

Easy to use. Has necessary functions. I find I use it instead of my computer.

Hate that if not used regularly one has to the bank and rest password.
