Whiz • Live Subway & Bus Times

Brilliant for any Public Transport user. This app even beats the various local transport authority and commercial industry apps by a long shot. I used to use Transport for Greater Manchester's Traveline service and this beats it hands down. It shows you accurate information, alternative routes, and knows exactly where you are and where you need to go. Thank you for creating the most perfect companion for anyone reliant on public transport buses, trains and trams included!

This would be a good app if it didn't take so long to load. It doesn't matter where I am or if I am using Wi-Fi or mobile data it takes ages for the information to load. I end up switching to UK bus checker which always loads instantly. That said I prefer the look and layout of this app and find it a lot easier to read as I am Sight Impairred. If they sort out the time it takes to load it would be the only app I would ever use.

After Transit App started charging a monthly fee for much of its features, I went looking for an alternative. So far, Whiz is efficient, well-laid out, and the ads that keep it are unobtrusive, unlike another competing transit app, Moovit. A solid option for frugal public transit users.

The first and only public transport app I've found that is constantly accurate,at least with bus arrival and departure times, in real time. Easy to use. No missed rides because of incorrect information. Me likes muchly..

I had a perfectly functional app that gave me relevant bus information, but it was replaced by this. On the surface everything looks ok and it appears to do everything you need, but I've found it to be wildly inaccurate (especially the live bus info). Wish I could have the old app back.

I like the arrows indicating bus direction and the clear display of bus times from the selected stop. Especially like the fact that my local bus station (Edinburgh) is represented by a single icon so don't have to keep trying to locate the correct stance.

This app is terrible compared to the iOS version. Unable to even see the bus route directions because I always get a "network error". Essentially unusable for anyone who consistently takes the bus.

Recently it has started to behave like other apps. It is now totally hit and miss and does not even indicate all buses from a given stop. Live timing also failed. Stagecoach Wales buses.

Usually fairly reliable but sometimes lies about when the bus is due or gives data for a phantom bus, and has now stopped showing me any bus stops near wherever I may be. If I zoom out or move the map other stops are there, but nothing for the stops I need info for.

Bloody useless. It took over from a very useful app, and is now a waste of space. I find my bus stop and it tells me there is no departures, I tap the timetable and it goes blank. If you can't improve on the app why take it over and make it unusable? Hang your heads in shame.

The app worked fine before the update. With each day this app gets worse. I just spent almost 10 mins trying to open it and look at my bus. And i still cant do it. Im late to work because of this! Smh about to uninstall

"Live bus time" is useless. Totally inaccurate. It told me my bus was going to be at my stop at 3:02pm and I planned to be there at 3pm..... as I was getting there the bus passed my stop at 2:58pm. That's 4 minutes behind!!!! Not accurate at all. If you use this app, plan 10 mins ahead.

Pretty easy to use once I spent parts of 2 days of commuting to figure out all the features I wanted. The thing I use every day is to see how long till my bus comes. I like that it shows whether the bus gps is on or not.

Buses all over the place I dont know what's happened to app. It say the buses are going to wrong destinations because some buses have dropped of the system.for instance 307 was going to 5 different destinations because all of the other buses weren't listed

This app doesn't work, the live tracker facility is useless. It doesn't show the buses correct position. Often it shows no buses at all.

Seems to be an new version of Bus & Train Times app. Is it so new that still underdevelopment and not finished ie no help and bits don't work?

Loved old app, despite problems in Vegas. Just downloaded this and it isn't displaying any information on the explore screen. Directions work though

Would have been 5* but stop missing and support did nothing the little blue bus is shown, but no times or direction of travel stop on other apps I use. contacted support, they said it would be passed on but nothing

I told them several times to add Train station Platform Number which is very urgent and available in most apps,they said they wud do it but no update for a lomg time..If you are in Auatralia, I highly suggest using Google Maps or TripView App for this, which is far better than this App.

Easy to use, but doesn't offer any details about your trip or bus schedule. Would be willing to change my review if you update this app. So we can know how long the trip will be, when the next bus will arrive if we miss the one we need..
