I like having news at my fingertips. I like being informed of actual important news. I DO NOT like being informed of every wreck in north Alabama. You folks need to seriously rethink whoever is responsible for deciding what is breaking news and just trivial news. No one wants or needs 25 alerts for wrecks a day in cities that are 25 or 50 miles away.

I've been a loyal listener to Ch 19 news for more than 40 years. I've used the app now for several years, but will now uninstall it. This is because it has become so annoying WITH ADS. I can put up with scrolling ads at the bottom, then they began making ads look just like real stories. Now, everytime I try to read a news item the app plays audible ads. This is annoying and so distracting you can't read the story, plus it disrupts anyone around you, no matter where you are.

I live in the Huntsvile area and am very disappointed with this app. When there is breaking news and you get a notification by the time you are able to get to the proper page the video is over because of the ads. I can't view anything without being pestered by video ads. Will now uninstall. Website is better but not as good as it used to be.

Annoying. Upon opening, the app always asked me to check the notifications I had selected, saying that some may have changed. None had changed. The only way to stop it was to turn on all notifications, which I did not want. Uninstalled.

Reinstalling for fourth time. Keeps saying that the live news "failed to load." Reinstalled for fifth and last time. Will not load and if it miraculously does, only plays for about 5 seconds and then stops. I wait for 10 minutes, but it never comes back. Love to hear Jason's forecast, but will be watching Kate McKenna on WAFF. Their app works. Bye 19.

love 19 News, app is a good one to download. I love 19 my only suggestion and its a big please. On the app live stream & stories you can watch the story after it aired, Volume, i have my volume as high as it goes, hard to hear. The commercials on the other hand is loud enough to actually hear. Thanks.

keeps on crashing. I didn't know how many times I force stopped, un- and reinstalled it. Made sure permissions are correct. My fav news channels. But a horrible app!

This was a great app until a week or so ago. Now every time I try to open a news story it crashes and shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it still is doing the same thing.

I don't believe there should be ads on when ppl are trying to get life saving coverage during a tornado. And they didn't come on air until it was to late for Jackson and Dekalb counties to get to a safe place in time. I'll be finding weather info somewhere else from now on.

Excellent reporters excellent cameraman extra production change are all special and out beat all the other channels hands down Eaton it's one of your best reporters. It seems to have the ability to connect with his photography shoot. They annoying advertisements make scrolling difficult, and it crashes often. Come on guys. You're better than that.

Think it has a bug in it. Screen flickers to much to be able to read the news amongst a load of other problems.

I really do love the news casters and how well they tell the stories and get the things over to the viewers and not make things long and drawn out and make us have a laughed with them and even at their expense. Love all of you. God Bless

Don't like the latest update. Text is very small and hard to read. No way to increase or zoom out. Makes it useless to use.

There are many times that I go to WHNT news because the other channels will not a through report. I feel like I have friends on WHNT because I am growing older with many of the newscasters.

When you try to watch any of the videos related to a story, the app will refresh to fetch new stories. Has been this way for awhile now.

Does NOT work since dat1 on my Android Note 8, xbox 1 nor on my Roku.other stations come in great. What's the deal.

Notification issue. Latest update to app sending late notifications. Notifications come in when app is open.

To many ads an notifications from breaking news ads an i cant stop the notifications then i afraid i want get my live feeds an weather notifications but over all it is a spit on in the weather part

Sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall the app during storms. I have it on computer if this one doesn't open.

The app keeps crashing no matter what I do the app will not stay open. I love this app and hate to delete it.

It keeps you updated on weather and more if your power is out or nowhere near a tv.

keeps forcing closed it used to work great but not anymore. it makes me sad to have this happen with this app.

Since update it keeps saying it is not working and wont stop. Had to uninstall after it did it 10 times in 2 hours

It keeps me updated on the local news and weather. As time goes on, I will update my review. I love it and I would reccomend it to everyone!
