The app works about 95% of the time. However the other 5% could be due to poor reception. Biggest concern is the inability to silence an alarm by swiping the notification off screen. It used to work but after the last update I have to open the app and hit mute
Not easy to use and no matter what you do for your notification settings you still get audible notifications. Streaming with a BT device doesn't work, it only gives you audio for a few seconds. Don't bother with support, you go days without hearing from anybody sometimes.
App works as it should. Had a issue sent a message to app developer and issue was fixed with in 15 minutes. Right there is worth a 6th star in my mind. Keep up the great work and let's keep pushing the envelope with this app.
After an alert, the app indicates No Internet Connection, despite device still either connected to data or WiFi. I have to restart my device, and reopen the app to play the alarm. This isn't unique to my device, other members of my department are having the same problem, with both iPhone and Android.
As a volunteer firefighter this app is excellent.... you dont have to worry about missing a call and you dont have to carry big radios, or pagers around waiting on a call ..... as everyone mostly carries their phones with them anyways ! very nice and easy to use.
Problem with update. Update removes login and password information and requires user to re-enter the info. Users may not have the information and will not be able to use the app until provided it. It will result in users not responding to calls due to no notification from the app. User information and login/password migration to the updated version should be automatic. Appears to be fixed in latest update.
Only reason I'm using this app is because my department went to it. We were using I Am Responding and it was flawless. This app has been constantly wigging out. It placed me off duty by itself and now I haven't been getting any internal messages. Multiple problems, I wouldn't have it if I had a choice.
As a professional Fire and Emergency Service, this company has gone above and beyond in creating specific modifications to meet our needs. They are easily accessible and prompt, as well as engaging regarding any aspect of possible improvement(s) and/or adjustment(s). This app would be so much better if I could get notifications through android auto. So many times I get home only to realize there was a call that I'm now too late to respond to because I don't get any notification from WR when my phone is connected with android auto
I would like to rate it 5 out of 5 but they pager function doesn't work on my android 12 phone and is a real hinderance. It needs to be fixed immediately
Our app has been down since April 29th 2020. I am a firefighter with Frankford Ontario, Station 7. All of the stations in the Quinte West area are not working nor have they been in months. A lot of us rely on this app for calls that our pagers do not pick up. I have missed 12 calls during the day since April because of this but noone in our head office seems to know why. Can you possibly shed any light on this?
The app is always freezing, always need to close it and reopen it in hopes to have it work, which it doesnt always do so....thats for emergency services....imagine
App does not respect phone notification settings even if override is set to off. Sick of having my phone vibrate when I've restricted the permissions for this app to do so. Uninstalling and never coming back.
Very good app, i just dont rely on this app for calls i have my pager and radio also. But yesterday we had a call and it never came through this app but i can hear it come through brodcastifys scanner.
Wish we could go back to our previous app. This one does not work in my car at all even with Sync . Actually, i can't get it to work anywhere. Hate it.
The app has a bug where I can hear alarms go off but I can't see the alarms and the app booted me but I can't even get to the login screen
With recent update, every time i get toned, it shows me unavailable and shuts the app down before i can see anything.
The new update is awful When I miss mute the app, I want it MUTED I don't want a full blast notification coming at me in the middle of the night when I'm not working
Fast transfers of your calls as they come in you hear the call just as it is dispatched 2 or 3 seconds after it is dispatched
An excellent app for our fire department with great support from the company.
Doesnt open 3/4 of the time on my android device, unlike my iphone which works EVERY time.
Some small glitches but overall very good.
Works well for our small volunteer department that respons to 400+ calls for service each year.
Does not tone when driving in my 2018 Ford Escape.

I love this app
Overall it's a good app. As a volunteer department. Many of us work outside of our community every day at set times. It would be nice if you could schedule it to put you out of service for those set times. This option is available on a free email app I was using on an email based notification system before getting this app installed. Emailed support suggesting it twice. First time was told it would be looked at. Second email months later... Nothing. Would definitely up to 5 stars if this feature became part of the app.
