incredible app with all features. had tried many other apps in past , but Wholesalebox is simply awesome. the app is not only easy use but also gives highly comparative prices, low cost , good quality products. talking about delivery, received the order in excellent packaging and well ahead of time. would definitely recommend it.

This app is amazing. It's user friendly. I am happy with the great customer service. Queries are responded immediately. They have an amazing catalog with dozens of options. The quality is good, and lots of options to pick from. Overall, they are very prompt, efficient and competent. I would definitely recommend this app.

Since last 2 - 3 months the app is just useless. Whenever I select designs and add to shortlisted section, it gets deleted by it's own. I have complained more than 4-5 times but no proper response. First they said their technical team is not work and then said uninstall and install. Did everything but no use. I can't select items again and again to add to cart.

It is a really good company. It is supportive and has a good approach. Moreover, it offers honest commitment. The sales executives, mine being Navin, are all vry hard working n prompt. Without his support i would not be able to achieve the sales target. Also, their return policy is excellent.

Lacks communication clarity on various issues. They mention something about a product and later change/create own policies to prevent discount. They can send tons of notification to complete order/purchase but won't notify before expiry of discount benefits/membership/payment link.

Genuine products.. Better rate (excluding some item)... Good service.. Shipment...it may be a problem (depending upon ur area).... Refund... slow process but no issue... Returning or Replacement of products...yes... It sounds strange but it's not free(u will charged for return shipping).

Its a very good wholesale app to buy all type of garments. I am buying from last 4 years and very much satisfied. They provide me latest design with low cost. I think this wholesale box is best app for all garment retailers.

I am not getting proper reply From the customer support... I like to give one trail to buy a product in the app... I have few queries.. but they are not responding to my messages... then in the app if I click "delivery" Or "terms and condition" or "policy" etc option it is coming as "internal server error".

Worst company. Please dont buy anything from this company. I was buying products from more than 2 years but almost in every order i returned the products because of quality issue. Specially don't buy any lot because whatever they will show in pic they will not give the same designs even the quality will be very bad.

Not sponsored genuine, overall experience is okay , prices of some products are high but some products rate is okay , still a problem of more of old designs shown and unknown of quality as some are selling very cheap quality which can be see through pics. Not recommend to buy from this app.

Worst app ever,don't purchase any thing from this app this is an fruad app,you purchase something they will ask for payment first and then the item will be shown as in transit and will never be delivered to you and when you try to cancle it they will firstly charge you for returning the package... customer care services are worst.

As a manufacturer, I feel wholesale box is really doing very well. I am completely satisfied by listing my products. Prices for all the products are also reasonable. Everything is well managed.

Very bad customer service. They take 2-3 days to replay your message. Delay delivery issue on every order. It takes 22 days haven't received my order. I will never suggest anyone to use this app. Use other app like UDYOG

This is the worst app, they don't respond well and if they are giving bad products, my business have negaruve effects because of these guys only, they blindly trust on their sellers and the priduct is of very low quality or duplicate, i have incurred a huge loss, please never buy anything from them, their shipping rate is very high

I have been using this app from last two years and sourcing more than 50% of my items from here. Good work but please increase my credit limit. the current limit is too small.

Im regular user of this app, recently I changed my mobile, now Im not able to login with OTP, it showing as invalid OTP. Spoken with company executive ( mobile no 9*1*1*3*9*7) and escalated issue, he told to reistall. After my issue not solved even after reinstated. When i called him to inform about this he is not picking my call. It is getting login with other no, but not with my regular number. Can you people resolve this technical issue.

I did same and purchased 50 pairs of shoe from them, mentioning that the size should be 7,8,9 only and u can double the size to make quantity upto 50 pairs. It's a spam. A person named Jai. He sends WhatsApp message to us. At the same time we'll get a OTP. I didn't use the app to get OTP. Then why did WholesaleBox sent OTP. Some thing is there to know. Items and return policy also waste. Cost not lower than other Apps. WSB giving bulk in retail price. If a item (12piece catalog) worth of ₹1000 in WBS. sells12000+GST+Shipping. Other app or out side market giving 950-1050 for single piece, GST+Shipping includes in the same price with 5-7 days refund.

its not wholesale its retail all product price are very heavy......if anybody wants wholesale u can better go for udaan app it cover almost all the cities and this app covers only delhi and some of the Gujrat cities

Literally wanted to give dem negative rating...I bought five CATALOGUES together which they mentioned as EXCELLENT QUALITY and all the pieces were full of dirt and damaged . Even the material quality was also poor.They don't have an option to take back the products. They even didn't replied to my mail as well. Now these guys make frustrating calls every other day asking me to make the next purchase inspite of my repeated request not to cal . I am going to take this matter legally .

Started reseller. Don't know the basics. Many great reseller apps in india are providing free shipping, Cash on delivery and return options. Don't use if you want this for reselling

Very poor customer experience; from my big order which qualified for free shipping, they didn't have all the items so cancelled those and asked for delivery fees for the remaining. Also, one of my order worth 170k is lost with courier.

You people challenge the lowest price, but after lot of difference in the price, I have WhatsApp difference with proof. There is no return response regarding the difference amount half same product available in the other side with very low price comparing wholesalebox.

I received product with big stain on it. I am a reseller. My product got delivered on the date when my customer wanted. So no use of replacement. I had to give my customer heavy discount as a apology for stain on dress. I shared picture, but no proper response.
