From last year to now I've had a great experience on voting idols and it went very easy for me. However, I'm having issues with the Kingdom voting. Kingdom voting tickets only showed once when I had to vote two groups. I tried to logout, refresh, update or disinstal the app, or change account but nothing hasn't changed. I don't know how to fix it for the next Kingdom episode

Very less variety of artists. It doesn't even have some very popular artists. And it crashes so much when I try to vote sometimes. And the ads for artists? They have so less variety. And it doesn't even let me login when I try with naver and line. I almost am never able to login with line and it's very difficult to login with naver. I am trying for days to login with naver and line but to no luck. It has improved from the past but it still needs loads of improvement. It also lags a ton.

Your apps are a pure trash. I had been in the same page for a long time and it keeps buffering for some reasons that you have to figure it out on how to keep log in all the time cause the notice always popped out everytime i'm trying to click. Do us a favor by shutting down this apps or improve your systems. Thank you.

The app took SO long to open and load each page. Like, I have to wait for approximately 3 minutes until the screen finally shows the content of a page. Not to mention, the voting. I could not participate because it said I did not have ticket but when I went to the store, the ticket had already been issued. I installed this for the second time in hope that things have been fixed since the last time I gave up trying this app, but I guess no.

I bought NCT Resonance Pt.2 (both Departure and Arrival versions), and immediately authenticated the purchase. But the problem is, despite the authentication confirmations, the albums aren't appear in 'My Albums' sections. No matter how much I reported / sending e-mails to the staffs, the issues aren't resolved at all; the albums still doesn't appear there. So please, fix that.

I don't like the app at all. Whenever you try to watch ads, it just keeps saying either ads are still loading or that you can't watch for an amount of time which isn't consistent at all. Sometimes its 9 mins., sometimes its 30 mins. The app is extremely lacking in consistency an logic. Also, for one of the voting events, my fandom have been consistently buying tickets and watching numerous ads per day in order to vote. However, they removed approximately 90% of our votes. Other apps are better.

I love it and It's a bit confusing. It's funny cause if there are many people using the app suddenly acts weird, lag, and suddenly nothing shows up then I have to retry the app again. This was a great app to vote for K-pop groups and Idols but I really want your App to get fixed a bit and solve our problems. If It solves the problem I can edit and give this a (5) stars and also many people might give (5) stars as well

I used this app for a while and at first everything was fine but out of the blue at the last day of voting for kingdom my account logout automatically and after that I couldn't login at all! I try to login with twitter, Facebook and line but none of them worked; even I deleted the app and downloaded it again more than once but again it didn't work!

Is this even an apk? I do not think so. This is nothing, but a storehouse of bugs, issues, lags, fail actions, etc. As a independant reviewer, honestly, Whosfan needs to be updated and all the bugs and other minor/major issues must be solved. This app is like : you download it, face issue, lags, bugs, quit it, unsinstall it. That's all you are able to do with it. I tried to login with FB, the error dialog box pops up. I tried requesting it to solve the issue, report it, the error webpage comes.

Unable to authenticate album I bought. At first the authentication was 'successful' but it was not added to my album list and no credit has been added. Already sent a complaint to customer service but I'm not sure if it was sent since it was lagging after i sent it. Please fix the issue. Thanks.

This app is absolutely useless. The app itself can't handle the voting it's supposed to, an the system itself is trash. It can handle barely any activity, and it's not letting thousands if people log in to vote for a timed voting event. This app is the worst choice for a voting platform and I don't know why it was chosen for a show as big as Kingdom.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. I downloaded it to vote for the kingdom finale since it is the only way for international fans to vote. I signed in perfectly fine before the voting started but it failed to sign me in no matter what I tried during the voting session. It only let me sign in once it had ended. I saw that many other fans had similar experiences so why won't they fix it! What do they expect us to do when their app doesn't do the bare minimum?

App stopped working all of a sudden. I am unable to do any voting in the app. And watching ads doesn't give me any "credit" either. All I am getting is an internal error message every time I try to vote or watch an ad. I've tried everything to fix it but it still doesn't work. Please fix!

During the final episode of Kingdom, like many other fans, my account immediately logged itself out when I tried to vote. I kept trying to log in repeatedly for over an hour before it finally let me back in and I got to vote. I'm sure there were many viewers that never managed to get in or gave up. The fact that they knew this app was being used for international voting with a large audience, and this still happened shows how unprepared they were, and it's unacceptable.

Can't log in when a major voting starts. During the final voting for Kingdom, the account logged off by itself and I wasn't able to log in again. Also, the points and the stars system for voting is confusing to people not accustomed to such votings. The app is not user friendly at all.

It is for us International fans. But at the most crucial timing, final voting !!!! The app crashed like crazy and it was very stressing for all the 6 fandoms. And as for my personal experience, I have faced a lot of difficulties.

WORST app I've downloaded. It's hard to navigate (but that I can slowly figure out), and it's annoyingly laggy. App kept closing me out and wouldn't open until I deleted and downloaded it again.. I'm trying to vote on Kingdom rn and it kept saying I don't have tickets, yet when I click to exchange points for tickets, it said I already have been issued tickets. I even logged out and logged back in again and no luck. I have to delete and download it again as of now.

[Whosfan 1st Anniversary] NY Times Square Free Ad Voting Twice percentage goes down drastically. We (Onces) are working so hard watching those repetitive annoying ads just to vote for them. The credits doesn't add up right after watching an ad. And the app is not working well the day before yesterday. What the heck! Here's your one star.

The QR code scanner does not work. It keeps on forcing me to log out of my account. The authentication sytem does not work also. I tried so many times but still doesn't work. At first it works but then when i got to my profile and my albums there is no record of album authentication and qr code scan. I bought my albums to be counted on charts but this app doesn't cooperate. Please fix the apps problems, this app is used internationally so fix it. It's annoying.

Normally it's an ok app, the voting system is pretty awful. It's not just one contest, either. Your app crashed during a LIVE voting event, you June birthday poll changed from regular whosfans ticket to golden ones, causing the winner to change at the very end. I won't be using it unless I absolutely have to.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Ud think that by now server glitches would've been dealt with and fixed to prevent all those crashes when u expect a higher than normal traffic. Instead, the app kept crashing, making it very difficult to navigate it or even login.

I think you guys are trying to improve and that's worth something. Still a lot of bugs with it telling you that your login is invalid, when trying to watch ads them not being available, not quite capable of the traffic of big voting events like Kingdom. But you're trying.

i've been using this app for a while for Kingdom & i've some problem with this app. i need to re-log in whenever i open the app even i've already logged in before. also,there's always some bugs & my keyboard doesn't appear when i want to type anything. and when i try to authorize the app it's said "can't connect to socmed" meanwhile i'm always active on my socmed & my wifi was just fine. this made the voting process inconvenience for me & it's so frustrating. pls fix this!

This app doesn't even deserve a single star. If not for road to kingdom voting, i won't even bother downloading this. It takes too long to load and it keeps on crashing every time you'll cast your vote. Even exchanging credits to tickets have some issues. Plus the keeps on saying Pls Log In when you're already log in. PLS FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE USING THIS FOR RTK VOTING!!

Hello. Lots of people are trying to vote in the Whosfandom awards and apparently the votes aren't going in. Also, I'm trying to watch ads for 10 credits each, and after closing them when fully done, a page would say an "error" occured. This seems like an issue that started to take place a hour ago. Please fix 🙏
