app doesnt work. actually it runs but add new device functions has problems. scan barcode doesnt read and you cant enter alphanumeric chars in "Input Device ID" field. only numeric but camera id has many alphanumeric chars. Also there is no option for scan lan camera as indicated in manuel. Alternative app link also not working. i got requested url not found error. (android 9)
This is a terrible app. It wont connect at all.. The camera was a gift and I cant even use it.. Its terrible, dont waste your time or money!
I have same issue Not able to set my camera Code reader bot working. Cannot enter the camera ID. Wifi method not working.
I cant add the camera its saying my camera is offline but i have checked it and my wifi is working properly. tell me a way to solve it
In description you told work with every 360 with find but practically won't.

After this updated app I cannot add my device anymore. Kindly help me. But the PC version it runs smoothly. Only the mobile version is bad.
I can't complete the installation of app to my celfon because internet connection or wifi cannot proceed because of wrong password or id but my password was surely correct. Please assist, thanks!

Terrible I can't even use it on my android 10 phone lmao, the app is built for an older version of android, can't you update it and fix this issue? I can't connect everytime I try, it will say Network Connection Timeout tried several times and it still does not changes anything. FIX THE ISSUE PLEASE.
