I finally managed to get this app working after some perseverance. It was worth it because now I can get onto wi-fi anywhere. I too had some of the issues re the continuous spinning circle, but after performing some of the recommended suggestions I managed to get it working. I also contacted the app support team, who responded promptly with helpful advice. Keep trying, it's worth it in the end.
The app locked my LG Watch Sport with Wear OS 2.0 (just released). I had to reboot to regain control. The app has a problem with listing multiple APs that share the same SSID; a standard practice in corporations (and schools; I have many "eduroam" APs listed, although I saved the credentials for one. The watch failed to connect to the one for which I provided the credentials. The lockup happened when I re-tried multiple times to connect. I also opened the "radar" screen for a moment; this could have been the reason for first very sluggish performance, and then complete lockup. The battery seems to be drained considerably when the app runs. The WiFi does not have such issues on my home network (when connected without WiFi Manager).
It works but man does this interface need work. Had to really play with it to get it to take. Once I did though, it was all set. I actually forgot the network as it doesn't show you connected when you hit connect, but when I checked the wifi on the watch it showed up and is connected. I was like oh crud will it remove it now that its connected, I rebooted and it reconnected so I am just walking away very slowly. LOL Try toggle wifi off and on and sliding over to see the networks when its spinning
I paid for this app to access my EAP network at work, but it does absolutely nothing, takes forever to scan, and doesn't connect to networks it finds. My best guess is that the app is broken with Wear OS 2.0. Hoping this gets addressed and fixed soon.
Using WearOS 2 with this manager. Bought the full version. This is a great app for good control over wifi access. But the lack of sign-in cards for wifi on the watch is a huge limitation. Do you know if you can work around in some way? Maybe an option to include http proxies so I can tether my watch wifi to my phone via apps like netshare?
Failed to add wifi network! in my own home. Doesn't matter how many times I repeat the process. Always goes wrong. If this is what happen in my own house I cannot imagine how hard could be use it in other places. I don't want to purchase something like this. This app wasted my time.
I purchased the app. Trying to connect my Wear24 to xfinity wifi which requires me to input a username and password in a browser window. No screen comes up to input the username and password. Is there a way to contact the developer for support? If I can get this to work, would be 5 star app.
Refresh just spins and never loads any networks despite there being a recent update. The prompt to purchase the full version works all the time though. Shame.
Bad!! I was thinking this wear OS app can solve my problem to lon in hotel WiFi!!! But it can't!! Really disappointed me and I wish I could can it to be refund as I have just bought the paid version!!!
It worked the first day but now all it says is disabled. I uninstalled it reinstall it it still says Wi-Fi disabled and keep spinning and never find the network. What's wrong?
Purchased so I could login to hotel wifi on my Samsung Galaxy watch. Doesn't work and no refunds from Google. Do not buy.
Very helpful at times when you dont always have your phone with you but would like to connect to a wifi network. This app solves the issue of needing the phone enter network passwords.
The app has misleading advertising. It says that full version can sign in to open network. Well, never happened to me.
Emailed support over a week ago as app wasn't working. Followed up with request for refund and still no response. They seem to be deleting reviews so i will keep posting this till they respond. Do not buy or download this app or you'll lose money.
purchased flat rate for wear, after resetting watch with new phone all apps say free version. will change back to 5 star once fixed. really is a handy app and great support!
I dont like this "app" IT COMPLETELY USELESS they keep telling me you have to have a ios/andoid which i do then i connect plus its a setup its nothing but ads then i bought the upgrade and it still useless do not install
do not get!! No instructions.. it never loaded .. just kept spinning and I paid for the full version. I want a refund!
Thought I could use it to sign into portal page open WiFi, cannot. Thought it would sign me into my uni's PEAP authentication network, cannot. Not worth the purchase, refund
installed it and paid for the full version so i could set a static ip on my watch.. fails to connect and gives no option to set a static ip for anything
Does not work whatsoever, literally keeps loading for 15+ minutes for me on my Fossil Sport. Do not recommend unless you watching things load forever.
Doesnt work. Uninstalled and installed on both mobile and tic watch pro and always says disconnected on watch. Phone app says Fix not able to see ip address
Did not work AT ALL. Wasted $3 to buy full version & it does nothing.
I bought this app to login using captive portals in public networks. but it does not working.
After disabled button comes i switch on wifi but wifi manager keeps on loading but does not show the wifi networks
Nobody ever heard of protocols internet or interwowen for personal wear items both electric and mechanical, like watch, purse, underwear, etc.
Drains my watch battery like WOW! The app also has trouble loading and glitches out.
Paid for this app and it has never worked, sent email to the developer twice , no reply.
Good for viewing network status, bad cause I can't add networks.
Like many others, just a spinning wheel and nothing more
I bought the full version to be able to connect to WiFi networks which require you to sign-in (eg hotels) but it doesn't connect. Tried on multiple different networks. Besides if the network is has multiple devices each transmitting on a different channel the app shows each channel as a new network. This should be transparent to the end user, just like Android shows a single SSID even though it may be running on more then one channel. Did not like it.
