Wi-Fi Tethering On/Off

Perfect for what I need it for. It crashes unfortunately when I'm incredibly low on RAM but that doesn't typically happen. Just a click when I'm out and my tablet has Wi-Fi. No more going through the settings just to turn it on. Nice

Does what it's meant to do. If only it also had client device and transfer rate counters as well.

Doesnt work on Xperia x10i, even after following instructions posted by other x10 user. Cant get widget on homescreen. Uninstalling

Install foxfi trial and set up the hotspot using it, then use this to turn on the hotspot for FREE. NO NEED TO BUY FULL VERSION OF FOXFI OR PDANET. IF YOU RESTART YOU PHONE JUST REDO ABOVE STEPS. NO LIMITS ON THE HOTSPOT.

Downloaded the app but it keeps turning its self on but then you can't turn it off. Un installed it.

Motorola citrus, gingerbread. Cant see the widget. Its literally invisible then its just gone. Does this need root?

Foxfi do work but this do about time I found a hotspot

It is not an app that you open. Install on phone then press on home screen & go to widgets, select wi-fi tethering on/off widget & that puts it on your home screen. Then press the widget to turn the hot spot on & off. Works great for me.

It don't even let me open the app.

This is just a short cut for tethering your 3g/4g/LTE SMARTPHONE signal so that you can share your wifi. I like this better than the one i had since this one lights up when it is on. Very nice short cut. :)

App doesn't work on Galaxy Note 2. Too bad it's exactly what I was looking for

It turns tethering on just fine but doesn't turn it off on my rooted GSII. There must be something better than this.

I used this widget to put a shortcut on my home screen to enable / disable tethering so I don't have to dig through menus to toggle it. Exactly what I was looking for! Simple and works well. (Look for it in the widgets tab of your install apps list.)
