I've been trying to log in for almost 2 days and I occasionally can after waiting about 10ish mins and when I go to see my benefits it states I have none when I just joined both WIC and the app last week and no I didn't use it all up. It does make shopping quiet difficult.

This app is getting really annoying it's forever loading it won't let me sign in it's telling me I have no benefits when I just got my benefits causing me to have to call the WIC center I don't understand what's going on it used to be fine but now it barely lets me login you have to wait so long , you have to try so many times It keeps saying user doesn't exist and when you finally get in it tells you that your time is expired after never loading the page of your benefits with the wrong info😑

App doesn't work anymore just freezes upon start up. Prior to this week, it worked awesome and I was able to see limitations.

Been trying to sign in and I can't , then when I do finally get on everything is taking forever to load turning white or saying error. My benefits start up today every 20th of the month and the app is saying I have nothing. Please fix this problem ASAP!

The new update is horrible! It keeps telling me user not found when I type in my password. Absolutely not worth the hassle. Was great until the new upgrade

The new update is full of bugs. Will not recognize my log in. When I finally get in my benefits don't load and then the app logs me out saying my session expired.

Don't waste your time with this app. Great at first then it won't allow you access to benefits. It logs out of app every time.

The app first started working wonderfully then all of a sudden I could not log in and the page did not line up with my phone screen so there was no login button all I could see was my email and username. I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall and it won't even allow me to do that. Making it completely unuseful. At this point I wish I had the checks cuz at least then I could see my benefits. I do not like having to call the back of the card and write it all down. Such an inconvenience.

I cant log in nor reset my password. Annoying. After app update this becomes horrible. It doesnt recognize my password at all.

The app never works. Everytime I want to use it I have to reinstall it every time. Huge pain. I loved the idea of how convenient it was to keep track of balance, and being able to scan for approved items. Of course it never actually works though. I've sent numerous reports on it malfunctioning but it doesn't help.

Scanning things was alot faster when the app first came out. After changes were made now you have to go through the "how to scan images" and then scan the barcode which that alone takes longer than before. The question mark is placed to the scanning button for a reason so the "how to scan" shouldn't be reintroduced every time. A "how to" intro should be done to first timers. It is also a pain after you scan that you have re-enter the benefits section vs it taking you back into your benefits.

Was an ok app until they added a fingerprint..keeps asking for a pin number and I put number in and it tells me to try again..you need to fix the problem can't even see my benefits anymore because I can't get past putting in a pin number..I will change my rating when its fixed

This app is horrible 90% of the time it keeps shutting down. I keep downloading it repeatedly and login all it do it's loading and loading smh. They need to fix this app seriously I wish there was another app that I can use. Thus is very frustrating and dissapointed. It doesn't deserve no stars at all. Now I need to control my balances and other stuff and I can't get it.

This App would be very helpful, if it didn't crash 90% of the time I try to start it! I am running Android 6.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. This has been an ongoing problem for months. I have sent the crash reports several times, but with no results.

I'm not a fan of theor biometric system. It won't met me gain access to app. All I can see is the login screen

At first I loved this app! Then about a week in I started realizing it really needs improvements. I'd scan stuff and it would say it wasn't eligible but I've bought the item before so why not now? I've paid for wic items that should of came off as wic. I haven't been able to log in for a few weeks now, it says bad connection or some other message, I have full bars and sometimes even with wifi. When all the stores and wic get the glitches out it will be a helpful app..... Until then good luck!

Please update this app. Frustrating to have the app not load, and give me WIC2go has stopped working message while I am trying to shop. I may as well print out a piece of paper with my remaining benefits. Defeats the purpose of having a phone on the go app. I have reinstalled, etc... Nothing changed.

I have been trying to get this app to work for a month. It continues to forcestop everytime before it even opens. Ive tried the usual troubleshooting techniques and it doesnt change a thing. This needs to be addressed. Many people are depending on this to work. : (

HELP! this app was working perfectly and now all of a sudden it wont even open anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it wont open it won't even load. SOMEONE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!!! It was so much more helpful then keeping all the receipts to keep track of what I needed!!!

This app needs to be updated to properly reflect the changes to the acceptable foods list that were implemented on July 16 2020....I'm not sure if it's an issue with my phone but it tells me I'm using a November 2018 version with no option to update.

Fails almost all the time, doesn't keep you logged in, longs you out if on multiple devices (such as mine and wife phone), not secure, doesn't even save your password. This app needs a complete overhaul!!

Worked fine for a few months. Then i went to log in one day and my password didnt auto appear. I put in my password and it said to enter valid information. Tried to do forgot password and apparently my entire account was now invalid. I uninstalled the app. Guess I'll just keep my reciepts from now on.

Recently, it has started giving me an error that prevents me from logging in. When I attempt to change my password, it still gives an error. I closed the app. I updated. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm not really sure what to do at this point.

the app is constantly failing and rebooting. I have never been able to just get into the app and see what I need, I have to always restart it, at the very least, one time and it's insanely slow.

Warning...Stores cannot tell you if wic items were taken off of the total on your receipt until after you pay. Many stores don't have all wic items in their system. This has forced me to pay for wic items that I wouldn't have purchased. My advice is, until the system (wic or store) gets their information correct, keep making wic transactions separate from your regular transaction. I now know this after finding out that I paid for wic items myself (twice). The second time, I told the cashier before I paid and she couldn't tell me what was accepted as wic until after the transaction. They didn't want to do anything afterwards about it because it was a huge deal to do a return. They just said that if I scanned the items, the app would tell me if it was wic approved. When I got home, I scanned the items that were not taken off as wic and they were wic approved, but they never came off of my receipt! How frustrating for people that need help, not extra things to buy!

I am not able to login as it's not lined up where I can even see the button. The login blanks are all the way at the bottom resulting in the login/registration buttons being hidden below the screen. Please fix and I will change my rating.

This app was fine till just recently I lost out on getting some stuff because I can't see anything it won't let me log in!

Wont open. It was great til the update now it wont open
