Support Contact no. Doesnt work & the booking has been denied by the rental partner. Email support contact sends an automated reply to reach via help option on app & from app u keep on getting try again. No option to cancel the booking & thr money is stuck.
I recently booked a vehicle and the partner company called me saying the vehicle I booked is not available but the payment was already done Reaching out the customer care, no response whatsoever. One of the worst customer care service there is and I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. They don't even deserve a single star
My booking was successfull but from rental zone I got a message that vehicle is not available and they told you will get refund within the end of the day and still i didn't get my refund back. It's just a scam. Don't book bike through this app. I'm going to do Police complain.
The bike i rented was not at all in a running condition. It had a problem with fuel injection. The break lights were already broken and was kept with super glue or something. They charged me for the break light cover as it fell down while riding, i showed them the glue marks on it. Worst experience with wicked Ride, it was my first time with them. Will never opt them again.
it was a pathetic experience with the bike. we rented an avenger bike from electronic city. the bike failed in between due to bad battery maintenance. for one hour i have to drag it to reach to one repairing shop and then get it fixed. When i returned the bike and asked for the refund, that fool had asked for a receipt. did you ever got a receipt from a small repair shop. it was my very first and last ride with wicked ride. your team even don't pick the call when needed...... never use it

Worst service ever, nobody on the customer support side to response even. I highly recommend to use any other app, don't even try to book from them, their customer support doesn't work, nobody will respond to your queries. Bikes are really in bad condition. Worst service provided, totally disappointed.
I booked a bike... But later when I went to pick up the bike they said bike is not available and you will receive your payment by evening but I didn't receive any amount.... It's fraud app.... Five speed rentals basweshwar nagar.
Worst bike experience ever..I booked an Activa. Mileage was 25-30 kmpl on highway. It was not serviced for years.there was no side mirror, fuel meter was not working properly.. Side stand was damaged had to repair it.. visor was loose and making a lot of noise.. Brakes were also loose.. All in all worst experience.. not recommended in any situation
In app they never mention about KM limits, bikes are not at all well maintained, I booked KTM duke250, Break conditions are worst, And felt like this bike haven't seen service center in years. Worst experience ever. There are other vendors who provide better maintained bikes. Here is the fun part they didn't even maintained their vehicle documents right! They had the expired emission and they sent me that to show it to the cops.
This is a perfect example to loose potential clients... Horrible application! Even the first page does not load... Never updated! No response to unsatisfied customers! Nothing... Uninstalling.....
Worst ever customer service , bike was not available at the booked time . We waited for an hour and still no updates on the bike availability.Staff didn't even bother to inform us when they knew bike was not available and they have asked us to cancel the booking since same bike was not available.
If you really want to rent a bike then there are many other best bike rental services . Dont rent bike through this wickedride. You have much better options. This rental service doesn't have user friendly environment for both user and the bike
They are Fraudsters they take the amount and booking will not be confirmed and if we look for customer service numbers they also won't work I had very bad experience please don't use this app
Don't take rent bikes thru this app. They will cancel ride after payment and won't give money back. Also they cannot connect with customers care.
The app is great.. Helps considerable... Good customer call centre but can opt for extra fuel discount if the biker has filled unknowingly... There's no way to take back the fuel you see and also you guys don't give any discount on extra miles ridden by us...
this is for the service and not the app. Had to return my harley afyer juat 80 km due to bad bike condition and stand spring issue. i want a refund or a good condition bike. called amd mailed and escalated multiple times and no one bothered to even call back. Practically 0 customer service. Sheer waste of money and time to rent from here.
Booked an interceptor 650, after making full payment the guy who should give me bike didn't respond to my calls, customer care is on voice message and after reaching them after 50 dials, they are so not responding Wasted by entire weekend plus booking cost. Haven't recived my refund yet after 20 days. Never go for this!
Worst app and worst company I had booked a vehi from online amount got detected and no message is received about booking the pickup side was to far and some how I went to the pickup point the incharge is telling that there is no vehicle you can cal to care number there is no cust care number in the app and I had chat facility no one had replied me and the pickup point there one guy had send me a incharge number to talk to him he told that sorry you will get refund. I had lost my job due to late

Look and feel of the app is good, but poor usability. Search filter by locality doesn't work. Have to click on each result to find the rental bike is available/unavailable in the area of my choice. I wasted too much time trying to find a bike available in my area.
