These hearing aids get the job done but the Bluetooth compatibility is extremely frustrating. I cannot take my hearing aids on and off all day to use my Bluetooth piece. My rep (San Francisco Hearing and Speech Center) told me android would become available. Its been over a year and nothing. The app is useful if you want to adjust audio settings. I uninstalled it because I never use it. Please work to get Android users Bluetooth compatibility. I believe $6,000+ is a high price to pay!

These hearing aids are made with iPhone in mind! They connect and stream all music/phone functions perfectly. On the Android system it is beyond horrible. No option for streaming music, phone calls, etc. on Android. No longer connects to my hearing aids. Less that 1 star.

I don't think telling you what I think can be printed. For Pete's sake Widex get on the ball. This app doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy Note 5. It works on my Samsung phone and that's it. Granted, it does say it isn't optimized for my device but that's not an excuse for not doing the job correctly if you're selling a $5,000 device. Had I known that it was that limited I would have looked for another set of hearing aids.

The volume set up is dysfunctional. After I slide it up to a certain level it drops down to the same level in a few hours. My audiologist and Me contacted the manufacturers. We followed all their instructions but to no avail. It makes me very unhappy. How can I function with this kind of the problem? Help, please.

Why is it so hard to keep a signal!? One minute they show up then it stops. I have tried new batteries. Open then close. Bluetooth is working. The worst app ever. I install then uninstall.

Love the app and with the improved Bluetooth connection in the Google Pixel 3a XL im connecting easier than ever. I'm only giving 3 stars though since streaming is still only available with Apple devices. That's clown shoes.

Loved the app until I switched from an iPhone to a Samsung S9+. Doesnt look like there is a plan to support that phone since the last update was in May.

Hi Folks, I just bought Blackberry Keyone that has Andriod 7.0.1. Looks like it can't pair with hearing aids? I have Widex Beyond 330. Won't this work with Blackberry's based on Andriod? It's frustrating. Please help or give suggestions. I have been recently using iPhone6 which was good but I want to move on to Andriod on Blackberry and would expect to work as they say it's complatible with Android.

Does not seem to hold the hearing aid connection well on my phone (LG5). Frequently need to reconnect several times a day. Right now I need to reinstall the app because it disappeared.

doesn't do anything other than change equalizer an volume. COMPLETELY USELESS. Zero streaming. Widex hearing aids cannot sync with Evoke. Complete FAIL!!!

Can't get hearing aids to operate. Have paired them. New batteries and new wax guards. Lost TV program. Need help.

Does not work well with Android phones, many valuable features work only with iPhones. Android users should look for a different hearing aid.

Widex is deceiving Android users into thinking streaming will work with devices listed. I have Galaxy S7 and I was told a year ago, that they are working on it to stream Nothing yet, they are ignoring the Android users Almost 3 years now and no Android streaming, for a European company you're ignoring a large sector of the market

Works great. But aids need work to stay on assigned program instead of reverting back each time an interruption is received.

Bluetooth is buggy plus the app hasn't been updated to work with newer versions of Android.

The lack of streaming support for android devices is unforgivable for a $5000.00 device. Or at any price android platform accts for more than 1/2 devices on planet. Pandering to technology partners at the expense of paying customers is a sign of a trend voters wish to change

Useless for direct streaming with an Android phone. You have to buy their later model hearing aids for that. They aren't going to do anything for Android people with this outdated model.

Only rise and lower sound . Nothing else takes ages to find the hearing aids can't change the photos

Great when working! But individualized settings keep slipping back into " normal" please fix!

Does not work with my Widex hearing aid. Aid pairs with phone, but app does not recognize the aid.

Does not work with Android. Useless for non apple users. May return hearing aids.

If only the telephone input to the hearing aid was available to Android phones it would be 5 stars.

Cant directly connected to hearing aids all the videos showing that it can be directly connected to android phones

I was told that this app wouldn't work for me unless I had an Iphone. well it works wonderful. I'm 100% satisfied.

Poor now as before was working well now won't work on my android honor phone any advice??? Spent ££££££££ getting these which I can no longer control!???

App worked sporadically on my android Samsung galaxy s5, but now that I have upgraded to the galaxy a51, the app does nothing.
