As we could not connect the second time we tried we just gave up and called it a day and I just sent the hearingaids back before my trial was up I was on day 5 of my one week free trial. We connected just fine on the first go and the connection was great 👍but on the second go a few days later it would not connect. I think it was due 🤔 to human error.
Like all widex apps and products its next to useless, been trying for weeks to get connected but it's not playing at all. As for the hearing aids themselves for the price of them not worth the plastic there made out of, sorry but ime one dissatisfied customer.
Telecare is the wave of the future, and widex is at the front of the pack. Great interface, simple to use, and full functionality.
Just doesn't work. Hearing aids good, but expensive. The Ap rubbish.
Since getting my hearing aids Widex has been a great help in adjusting them to different sound environments
App works great and pairs my hearing aids to my android phone well
Works as advertised.
Difficult to connect with my hearing specialist. Last time I used this app it took 30 minutes to work trying to connect us. I'm only allotted a 45 minute appointment before their next clients appt.
