Widex Zen, Tinnitus Management
This App provides you with a sounder player with relaxing Zen sounds. The Zen sounds presented on the playlist are intended to provide a relaxing sound background for adults (21 years and older) who desire to listen to such a background in quiet. The Zen sounds may be used as a sound therapy tool in a tinnitus treatment program that is prescribed by a licensed hearing healthcare professional who is trained in tinnitus management.
The Zen sounds presented in the playlist are intended to be used in quiet where hearing everyday sounds is not critical. The sounds are intended to provide a relaxing sound background for those who suffer from tinnitus.
The app also provides you with access to educational tools, which are intended to increase your awareness about how to live with your tinnitus through education on the basics of tinnitus as well as explained exercises.
Usage:
The app is intended to be used with Widex hearing aids (either with streaming capability or via a COM-DEX or UNI-DEX). We recommend you listen to the selected sound for at least 2-4 hours a day, at a soft level. It is important the you choose a sound that you find is pleasant, to help you shift your focus away from your tinnitus. Listen to the sound while you are in quiet surroundings doing other things: reading, relaxing, working, etc. If you use hearing aids, the sounds in the app may be used alone (without amplification) in quiet when you are not required to hear surrounding sounds, or they can be used so both the surrounding sounds and the app sounds are heard together.

Be aware that certain devices will not receive further software updates from the manufacturer because the device has reached the manufacturer’s end-of-life-date. In these cases, Widex is unable to assist with solving problems related to running this app.

This app is very effective for tinnitus! It is also very easy to use with many sound choices so you can select the sound that works best, and a timer and volume control. It works while you do puzzles or read . Helps with getting to sleep!
By scrolling down I was able to open the app. Unfortunately none of the sounds masks my tinnitus, and many were more annoying than the tinnitus itself
I don't have an iPhone and use an android tablet. 1. Will not allow me past the disclaimer page. 2. Will not scroll to end of disclaimer 3. "OK" button is not available. I was really looking forward to some relief from this tettinitus. Very disappointed!
Worthless PoS. It will not work at all. I cannot get past the disclaimer, which has an okay button that cannot be pushed. AVOID THIS APP. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!
Works as described on my Samsung S6 active. App is large but has high quality sounds that vary in volume as is recommended.
can't get past the disclamier. Scroll past the disclaimer page? I'm on a Asus flp it's a rather large tablet there is no scrolling I have the whole page and no OK for the disclaimer does not light up. Very disappointed!

Fair selection of sounds to distract tinnitus (Constant Ear Ringing) when attempting sleep. Updating the Ocean & other type(s)with proven relief for tinnitus suffers would rate 5 stars. There are numerous beneficial sounds (in app) for min-moderate suffers, very few for more moderate-severe suffers. Periodic updates should be an easy task for Widex. Adding of sound files sound files easier. Especially considering the cost: Moment Series starts @ $3,600+. Making it their most expensive series.
