Is it flawless? No, it has some bugs. But it's a functional Android widget for Spotify, which is more than what Spotify is offering now. For that reason alone, it's worth 4 stars to me. EDIT: Hmm. Even when connected, it tends to NOT work more often than it DOES work. I have to alter my review, I'm afraid. Two stars.
App is okay. It filled the hole on my home screen since Spotify decided to drop support for their widget. App routinely doesn't load currently played song. It will correct itself when it's opened up, but then what is the point of a widget? I use the widget to have a quick look at what song is currently playing when I'm discovering new music, and it unfortunately doesn't fill that need for me. Great app if you're solely playlist oriented, though.
Excellent replacement for the missing spotify widget. Personally I think it's better as you can access your most recent playlists straight from the widget. Its incredibly responsive too and the dark theme fits with my phones theme. I agree with adding a 4x1 option though but other than that it's perfect. I'm using this in the Samsung s10e over wi-fi or 4G, both work absolutely fine. Worth every penny. I haven't experienced any bugs or glitches yet either.
Great replacement for Spotify widget that no longer exists. One issue I have is that it doesn't alllow me to add one of my playlists to the widget. It doesn't even show up as an option. Also,it would be better if it opened the Spotify app when you press it.
Beautiful app. Only missing the direct to spotify option through taping on the album art. But my biggest issue is after a few days my widget will force itself to be 4x1. Even if its set to take up the whole page. Kind of a pain. But I just replace the widget. Looks too good not to
Very unhappy. The app does not provide the functions it advertises such as being able to flip songs on. It will only let you pick a playlist. No refund allowed either as I'm not happy at all with the product I think it is a massive con and falsely advertised. AVOID at all costs
For a paid app, the constant not loading on the home screen is really annoying. Been using it for a few mths,loving it until it starts showing blank widget on my homescreen. Its highly annoying to keep removing it and add it to the homescreen. Please fix this.
Super glitchy and a bit frustrating to use. App doesn't work most of the time and it gives me a "Connecting to Spotify..." notif but it doesn't really connect with the app.
Widget is laggy and frequently disconnects from Spotify, so the playback is never up to date. Ideally this would perfectly mirror the Spotify widget, but tapping the icon brings you to playlists instead of the Spotify app.
It's ok but : - Need dark theme for notification - Need a way to open Spotify when it's in compact mode (I know that you can open it when it's in 4x4 but I'd like to be able to open it in 4x1, like the original spotify widget) - Need other theme (No fade, no round corner, like the original spotify widfet)
Kinda glitchy tbh, took 3 attempts for the playlists i wanted added to actually work, app kept crashing, once it eventually did work it seems to be running ok now, will edit if i run into anymore problems.
Great app to replace the widget now that its been removed. Only thing I would suggest adding is a direct link to the Spotify app from the 4x1 widget ro replicate functionality of the old widget.
Looks nice but doesn't work! Clicking a song on the widget won't play it. Only pause and play is working. Don't buy!!
Please allow us to play all our liked songs and recommend playlists as it's tiring to add everything to a Playlist. Will definitely make my review 5 stars IF you include it!
You are charging people for the old Spotify widget that was removed. Your widget does nothing special nor does it do what it advertises. I want a refund! 😡😡😡
Good widget but I wish more personalicitation options and please fix the cover view for tablets, it's too bigger.
Overall works well. Cannot add the collaborative playlists or liked songs though
Perfect just what I was looking for thanks dev, maybe a transparent theme might be good aswell.

App doesn't work at all. I can connect my playlist, but it can't play or do anything else. It just tries to connect to Spotify then crashes. edit: i have Spotify. Every time I try to do something, it says "Connection to SpotifyService..." then it quickly launches something and closes and nothing happens. I am unable to play anything and anything that is playing won't show up. Adding my playlists is the only thing I can do.
