Can't log on. Said my username is not found, when they sent me an email with my username. I ended up deleting app.

Useless. No coupons. Employees don't even know it exists. Good chili cheese dogs... Most expensive dog food you can eat. But I would eat there 3 times a week. I'll just buy hormel hot dogs and chili nobeans, kraft cheese,do my own fries and eat five meals for the price of one. Amazing you guys are still in business. And your "app?" Oh yeah, it's in the beta stage. Bullshit, I deleted it before even using it. Get real you idiots. You could be way more successful. Like trump says, to whoever runs your show... YOUR'e FIRED! How dare you waste my time like this. Get it over with. Declare bankruptcy.

You need to make it easier to navigate because I can't figure out what the points give me or how much I need to get rewarded.

If you like wienerschnitzel and are somewhat tech savvy this is an easy app to use in order to accumulate points and receive free meals/desserts.

After messing around with it for 5 min, trying to log in, with no help, confusing screens and no benefit. Weee... deleted.

No coupons and very little deals. I keep thinking it will get better and it doesn't. The company is losing a valuable marketing tool.

The 2 stores in Grand Junction Colorado have no clue how this program works. Even has a Rewards Promotional decal on their drive thru window. When I gave them the code all they do is shrug their shoulders and tell me to go to the website. If your going to promote something then have your employees trained on what to do.

I'm with everyone else... No one at the store knows anything about how to use the app! I check in, get some code and the manager has no idea what to do with it. All you need to do is have it set up to check in and get points for each visit, not per dollar. Or just have a bar code to scan. I've missed out on dozens of points bc no one can use it. :/

I love this app, and I will miss it when it ends. My family has earned almost 10 free combos since I began using the app on my phone.

You basically have to spend 40 dollars there to get 40 credits I don't eat there enough

Was hoping it was like McDs that had coupons. I dont understand this. No coupons waste of time.

Went to weiner to get my free hotdog and they said they can't till I get 40 points. I showed them the app where it says you need 40 to get the MEAL and not hotdog. They said if they don't have a number for it they can give me anything. Useless app. False advertising.

Horrible rewards system, employees never know what I'm talking about and the codes never work.

Was going to try this, but with the negative reviews i figure I better stay clear. Ouch !

More complicated than it needs to be and lacks some polish.

This app is so stupid theres no instructions and only some stores honor the app

How do you even turn in your rewards? I got a short card for checking in but it never explained how to use it.
