It's 85% of the way to awesome.. but it needs a tutorial or a manual. The random hand waving and dots sort of imply to just wave it about.. which works, but the map looks nothing like my home that it builds. It also needs to differentiate different floors better.. and the multi AP mode doesn't seem to work. If I have 2 different AP's with the same SSID.. it thinks they are conflicting.. and if I whitelist the second.. it always says #1 is the best, even though it isn't. It needs some minor tweaks and useability fixes, but its certainly an interesting ide and I look forward to seeing improvements.

Found this little app today, and I love it. I am always looking to improve my knowledge and wifi signals, and this just visualises it perfectly. Would be handy to colour the floor, but you would need even more data points (or have a gradient). Also being able to save a set of data would be great, but I understand this doesn't depend on the app team, but rather Google. All in all, very useful, although the ads are more than a little annoying. ( I'd much rather have small ads than fullscreen)

I was skeptical that this would work or provide much value, but the positive reviews convinced me to give it a shot. This app ended up being the most useful when I was comparing signal for a variety of home network setups. It helped me easily visualize how the signal changes as I walk around the house... Even up or down floors! There are ads, but very infrequently. I'll definitely be using this app again the next time I need to do this kind of work.

Pretty cool app. Would be helpful if there was a "Help" menu somewhere in settings or a brief glossary that defines what each of the different options actually are. I imagine a lot of people (like myself) don't know what half of that stuff is, why it's important, etc. That said, this is super cool & very useful.

Ok for signal strength, not good at drawing maps. I walk in a straight line, turn 180 degrees and walk back. On the map I see two curves in a V-shape. A different app reads my compass perfectly, so this had nothing to do with wrong sensor data. The app is just not using the sensors right.

Great idea but the Ads awful. I can only scan specific small sections before I have to watch an ad. But the app itself is brilliant the ads are not.

I really like the idea and it works well for small areas, but the execution is a bit clunky. The map frequently disappears and this app often gets confused about where my phone is. Also, frequent crashes cause everything to be erased (so save often)

This is actually a very useful app for my needs. I have a WiFi extender so it really helped me visualize what parts of my house were being reached by the base station and what wall materials were blocking my signal. Now with all of the features added and the ability to see interfering signals, it's reaching perfection!

Needs a separate pro version. In-app purchases don't work for people on family plans so I can only use this free one for about 60 seconds.

Haven't used in a while, I thought it showed all signals in area. Still very cool and useful. I would like for the ability to switch AP/Hot spots as I walk around, to see which has best signal where. Other apps show multiple AP signals at once, so it is possible.

No explanation to what I'm looking at. What does the numbers actually mean? What does the letters mean? One good thing is that it is color coded from red to green that gives an idea from bad to good.

I do wireless networks for a living it's pretty helpful when doing installations for people.

The app doesn't work, i get a black screen when I press on start, i give the camera acces but don't work

It gave me some signal strength info but I couldn't figure it out the AR part or the options. Then it told me I reached my "free" limit without any instructions. This was a quick and easy decision to uninstall and find a more useful app.

Resolved: Need the function to export the wifi map (mine says saved to gallery but nothing happens) or maybe save to Google drive or something? Would make this app PERFECT for administrators at schools! Edit This is now by far my favorite app for analysing network around the school i work at. Saves time and all! Great app!

It shows signal strength, but that's it. The UI is confusing and there is no directions, statements, or ...well. Anything. Useful for spot measurements I suppose, but otherwise you might as well play Marco polo with a blind fold

The app is great, works as it should. I've tried it in different Samsung devices. The only problem is that even with Snapdragon and Google AR Services and the AR plugs of the company, still working a bit slow.

Great app for optimising your network. The AR is actually useful in helping to visualise where signal is weakest. Helped me decide to dump my powerline adapters in favour of a mesh network position my access points. I now have fast even coverage.

This is a really neat concept. Finally there seems to be a useful purpose for AR for the average person. However, siding with several previous reviews, I have no idea what I'm looking at. There are a few options to select for WiFi strength, but us normal, everyday, non-tech jargon inclined folks do not know what the numbers and abbreviations mean. Are they good or bad? While the app is pretty straightforward to open and use, we layman guys need a section that informs us why\how this app is helpful. I see the devs reply in previous comments they are actively working on improvements. Looking forward to what's next.

The app used to work fine but since the last big update it simply does not work, goes back to the menu after using it for a few seconds, every time. Used to be a really useful app, it's a shame it doesn't work properly anymore.

This app has helped with both small and large scale issues with internet speed and connection errors, very simple and we'll designed, and non intrusive, great even for people without technical experience.
