This app requires a device with both Wifi component and GPS.

The usage of both GPS and the wifi component by this app is quite intensive, so while using this app, your battery will be drained much faster than usual. Don't forget to click the Stop button when you want to finish collecting the wifi information.

even much better than wigle. it can be improved, for example, by alerting user when find out open wifi, wps, or certain ssid. thanks nirsoft. ideas: provide auto start on app start. so people can automate it.
Nir Sofer! Can you port some of your other programs? NIR IS THE REAL DEAL. One of the best devs I have had the priveledge to have discovered. Throw the guy a donation on his website if you can afford it. Also, just check out the site - it is jaw-droppingly incredible. I know I am a little late to the party here, but ive been stuck in bed with a back injury and its hard to use my Pc. Can you make a shell to run the tools on Android? or and emulator? Installed it. And uninstalled it minutes later after it failed to even locate a signal from the router it was sitting beside. Pretty hopeless.
This app doesn't really give much info at all. It tells how many networks are around but that's it. No details on anything.
Sadly isn't able to export data on Android 11. Could do with an update me'thinks!
Excellent wifi information aplication. This developer has many Windows programs for your pc as well. Nice!
Add Like Pause options which help us when we closed app...when we open again they also start collecting from last session Hope You Add This Option
Was good then just stopped working. Too many other apps that do the same thing
Didn't detect anything, even the WAP I was connected to, nor the other one in the same room.

Not as user friendly as another similar app since you cannot see data real time, require exporting, and GPS.
What separates this little great app from the crowd is the versatile 'Export' feature. Thanks for that! If only there was another little great app to turn the exported files into heat maps...
Useless, only shows the number found, 20, but nothing about them. Exporting to Google maps only shows 3 and has them all at my house!
It's an ok app, but could be alot better if it could actually be used on my cell phone that has GPS. In other words make it backwards compatible with at least Android 2.3.
Perhaps the very best assembly language programmer this earth will ever experience. No bumps in the road with this app either. However, as precise and always clean as your programs are (as well as technically sound), how about adding some additionals. Not sure what but whatever you come up with will only add to your legacy sir. Thanks.
Tested for first time on route home. Collected and mapped all wifi's on the way. Then exported to Google earth. I've used Nirsoft on PC too. Never disappointed 😁.
This app is like everything which has Nir Sofer's name attached to it - pure Genius without exception!

It lacks the option of viewing the collected data from within the app, the option is there but it doesn't seem to do anything?

This is the best App of all time except for the basic Apps that an Android Device is preinstalled with. - I am referring to YouTube, Chrome, Google and so on. - There is one other App that ties for the number one slot and that is Google's own Files App. - Other than that App, nothing comes close. -Thanks Nirsoft, you're the best!
