Wifi Connecter Library

Used to work. I'm not sure if it stopped after the recent update I had to Android version 10, but seems a bit of a coincidence to me. Pity really as it gave Wifi Analyser the really useful feature of connecting to specific APs which for me put it ahead of the other wifi info apps.

This App requires "Wi-Fi Analyzer" by farproc to be installed. This is a connection addon to THAT App. This is not stand alone. It has worked great for connecting to networks through the "Wi-Fi Analyzer" App. It cannot force you to connect to a specific AP in a network, that is a wireless network decision not a client decision.

Got the job done. While the app says it's failed go into your wifi settings and go to Saved Networks. You should see a new one created by this app. Try to connect and if it doesn't just reinput your wifi password. Afterwards it should work.

Can you guys please update this. All connection tries end up in one single message: Failed It used the be the best and I would like to keep using this. Even if it's for a small fee.

Does not work in Android 10. No updates since 2016, all attempts to connect "failed" using this with the Wifi Analyzer app. Too bad it was the best.

A very handy tool. It works with WiFi Analyzer application and as the developer wrote "this is not a standalone application! don't install it unless you have Wifi Analyzer installed". Those who criticised the application apparently don't read the features and introduction the developers put for us.

Fails to connect. I think it's just abandoned. Cool idea, but needs update badly. I'm running pixel XL OG, android 10, and it does not work period.

Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore. It only works as addon on Android 9 or older. Needs to be updated by developer.

I would have given it no stars but you have to give something or it won't post this review. It's a waste of time this doesn't work, it won't let you login keeps saying failed. I've now installed the app from my phone.

It's a good idea but my phone is saying it was made for an earlier version of Android and won't run in my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. Please update this app. Thanks.

It was working well with android 4.4.4. Now it stops when trying to connect on android 9. Please update. Thanks *June 10, 2019: Any Update? Still not working with Android 9.

So sad, I used this so often but it doesn't work on Android 11. Thank you, FarProc, for that really useful utility. I hope you've moved on to better things.

Warns me it's for an older Android, no updates available for it. Seems to work mostly but looks abandoned.

I give none if I could. I have two ap in my house. I move from downstairs to upstairs. My phone won't roam. Its a S7. I look at wifi analyzer and I select the stronger ap. Says install this. So I do. I select the ap again. I get "Forget Modify or cancel." Why would I want to do any of those choices? Goodbye.

It is add on library. For all of you that are trying to launch this "app", it isn't actually an app that you launch. It is for the WiFi Analyzer app, the libraries to allow that app's functionality. Look for that app from same developer and install and then enjoy....

As soon as I saw that they misspelled "connector" I realized I was dealing with a BS app on my phone. Deleted! No one has been able to explain why this thing is even on my phone.

I'm not exactly sure what this app does... It kind of loaded up at the same time as the Wi-Fi analyzer. I might have given in 5 Stars if I knew what it did but I can always change it

I have this installed with the Analyzer tool, but it will not let me connect to a specific AP. Seems to not be working.

To all the non-tech people bad mouthing this, it's a library needed by their actual apps, like WiFi Analyzer. You really shouldn't review something you know nothing about.

Please update for Android pie and 10. I still give 4 stars anyway because it works pretty well when it works.

It doesn't work anymore. All the connections shows fail.

Doesn't work on Android 11, why leave this on the play store if you're not going to bother updating?

Designed for older version of Android hasn't been updated since 2016

Seems like it's no longer compatible with modern versions of Android

The app is very good, allows you to see what is going in the invisible Wi-Fi world.

Not working on Note10+ Android 10. Says update needed but none exists.
