This used to be a good app. Now it's trash. Black screen and locks phone regularly on a Note 9. No alarm sound of the app isn't open. Annoying banner at the top. Sometimes fails and the colours need changing. Please please please fix this before i buy a new alarm panel. The panel is being let down by this application. 30 March 2023 Now it says network not available. Scrapped and new alarm purchased. The panel was very good, but this app is shocking and unusable.
Update 10/10 the app still has the same notification sounds even if the alarm goes off will only do the alarm sound if you have opened the app on screen The update crashes the app completely when you select arm disarm or any type of arm. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still the same. please guys fix asap. also try to give us individual sounds for arming disarming and alarming.
Update 07/04/2022 The network is permanently down. Update 31/05/2021. The network is down, nor the app or the gsm alarm connects to the network. Update 1/12/20: In android 9 when the alarm is triggered it only sends an standar notification. Please fix it. Update 21/8/19: The new app update is working good. Old post: The app stopped sending push notifications at all since August 09th 2019. Google gcm services are no longer available. So what is going to be the solution for all the customers?
Although the update was well overdue, the developer's recent efforts were prompt in oder to fix the notification issue, which occurred in v1.66. Thanks Update: 24/03/2020 App (V1.67) does not work. Has error and will not open. Tried on other Android devices with same result. IF a Zero score was allowed it would be given. How could anyone recommend your products if your support is infrequent 'Iris Zhang'? PLEASE FIX!
Giving one more star because I figured out that by uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the crashing issues after the last update. Also figured out how to reset the password. Did not give more stars because there is no tech support for the app. I had to figure it out by myself.
App crashes after running for a few minutes. Took at least 20 tries to get alarm panel to connect to WiFi. When panel does go into alarm mode and sends notification to phone, the app doesn't notify you because it has crashed. I'm stuck with a alarm system I can't use because app is worthless.
This app is well designed, works great, the network side of it is a joke. When the system is in alarm unless the app is opened on your phone, you will only get a regular notification with a generic audible. Useless in letting you know in real time thatyour home needs your attention. If you have invested your money in an alarm system that uses this app, return the hardware the system won't work
Terrible system! Lost phone notifications of alarm in early Aug. Standing here with the alarm going off and nothing but entries in the app alarm history. No idea whats been updated on app updates so havent updated since my system was working. Lesson learned.
Crashes when switching between networks.eg.wifi to 4g.Notifications seldom work and alarm notifications have been 20 minutes late.App has a difficult time keeping in touch with the alarm system .App works if you can get it to connect to the alarm. Very unreliable.
It was a good app, but notification stopped working since early August 2019, developer please can you fix it? It is really shame for a wifi alarm without the notification function. Otherwise, it should be 5*. Iris, please can you fix this issue, thanks
I have three of these alarm panels at different properties and all three have been reporting Network unreachable for a month. I am fearful of breaks on these properties. How can it be that a company sells these panels and drop support to I would imagine tens of thousands of customers who rely on them everyday for the security of their businesses and personal property. Everyday I try and everyday Network unreachable
I can't connect to my account, due to this I'm not able to connect to G90B alarm system. The app is complet unusable, also the alarm system.
Cannot log into app. Displaying error message "Network unreachable". This is jeopardizing the security of my business!
This app needs some serious updates can't use it anymore trying to open it Freeze My phone gose into black screen i have going to settings to Force close the app place update the the app will not work with my note 10

If you are an existing GCM user who has not yet migrated your system, see the migration guide for your platform." Developer, please use FCM. After that, I will change to 5 stars!
As of 10/20/19 still not getting push notifications unless I have it running in the background (which will eat up all your data limit) worked great before update SAD !
I install alarm systems for a living and the only reason I downloaded this app is to see EXACTLY how good it is ( or bad ), If something is wrong I will know exactly what it is that is causing the issue or issues
No more notifications ??? What is the point of wifi alarm system if you dont get notifications ? Could you pls check.. I suppose many other users facing same issue.
Freezes up, won't open, constantly have to force stop software and restart to open... Software needs serious updating..
Can't set it up. Keeps freezing my phone. I guess this app was a long time ago abandoned by its developers. Waist of money.
This app is garbage. It is off line and close to impossible to get it to work. I will have to buy a different alarm system
Network down now for several days, done the before but usually back up, in 24/48 hours at most. Is this a permanent fault? If the alarm now useless?
Garbage. Riddled with bugs. Color scheme is hard to decipher. No updates to this app were ever provided.

Push messages again doesn't working :((( After resetting WiFi on a alarm device, push messages are back :)
This has suddenly stopped sending push notifications so has made the alarm system useless.
I switched internet providers and I tryed for 2 months to reconnect to wifi but it didn't work, I switch routers and I order another panel, but nothing works, the app on my phone wasn't communicating with the panel, although I was able to connect to IWTAC. I was using a Samsung S9+, and I also tryed a second S9+ with no results. Finally I was able to connect it by using an LG phone. Hope this can help. App is working and notifications too. 🙏🙏👏👏
