Toggle Android's mobile hotspot function, the icon will show a simple animation and change color of the status.SSID will be displayed below the icon.
Try to create a short cut on home screen, and it will help you to enable or disable hotspot mode quickly. Go to my apps/widgets, tap widgets, scrolled through until you found it then held down and placed it on main screen.

Then never again. After searching for a while for something that worked on my s5, it was awesome to find one that worked. And even more of a let down when I found out it wouldn't any longer.
Displays hotspot status but does not toggle on/off.
Just what i needed thank you. If you're having trouble look for the widget tab next to your aps tab the widget looks like an atom pick it up and drop it any where on your home screen. Its just a button . It turns off your phones wifi for hotspot so when your done using the hotspot make shure you turn your wifi back on. If you have wifi.
Good widget but won't enable, only disable Wifi Hotspot on my LG GPad 8.3 Kitkat.

After phone updated to lollipop the widget just won't work... I uninstalled and installed it back, still nothing. I love this app, I'll rate 5 stars once it's fixed.
Simple and does the job. Turns on my hotspot. Logo needs work. Graphics are too fine and don't match the bolder, more robust appearance of current widgets and shortcuts.
It literally does nothing when tapping the widget.

This implementation of the WiFi tethering switch concept is the best I have seen till date.
On the Droid Ultra only seems to turn Hot Spot on, won't toggle it back off.
It worked great until I downloaded the Samsung upgrade to 5.0. Please fix
It seems no hotspot widgets work with Marshmallow.
Tried 3 hotspot toggle switch widgets and this was the first to work. But only works sometimes.

In turns on but not off. I still have to go through Several steps to shut off. Am I doing something wrong? I'd really like to turn off with one tap as well. Otherwise I love it.

Doesn't turn off here on Android 4.3 as well. Need to restart every time to get it work. Just discovered the switch in-built in the drop-down menu.... Why need of a widget?
Only app (widget) that I've found that consistently turns on and off the Verizon Hot Spot on my Samsung S5. Been looking for this since I upgraded in April of 2014. Finally, don't have to go through the "settings" process, one touch and it's on!
