Wifi PC Remote is a free app that allows you to control your PC over Wi-Fi.
To get started:

2.Connect your mobile device and computer over same Wi-Fi.3.open app and connect your computer.

Galaxy S5. Server does not install on Windows from link on playstore. You have to Google for the link to the. msi file. Once it's up & running, everything works except tap on touchpad. Way too much trouble!

Works perfectly on my device and there is no need of rooting it. Just keep in mind your pc and device must be in the same network and your firewall well configured
