I have more than 150 device.. Unfortunately this company is very bad when it's come to customer support.. You should at least open your api to public so we can use our server.. Your server is not working all time and the app is very bad
Since the last update the switch will not turn off lights at set time!!! It beeps indicating it is trying but nothing happens...

I can not understand how in our days manufacturer can sell this bad product. The time settings are not working, there is start time, but no stop time. The device is not stopping. It is disaster. How can you cell this product ???

Wifi password filed is too short. I cannot enter my password it's only 16 characters mine is 22. Did not test other things.

This app does not find the Ctec light switch which is successfully connected to the same network. If you provided a manual connection option perhaps it could be configured to work. It is very frustrating to install an expensive switch and not be able to control it remotely.
