It says I must have the software installed on my PC?LOL I'm trying to use a pair of new Craig wifi speakers, the Muzo player app is garbage. So I'm trying to find an alternative app that will support these new Craig Wi-Fi speakers I just bought. I was hoping this app could replace the (very limited & dated) Muzo player app. The Muzo player does not seem to support YouTube or Pandora, which I use both regularly...
Doesn't work, you open the app on pc and it tells you to download a newer version, even if you are in the latest version, and the phone won't connect to the server
The voice ad cuts your streaming and drives you crazy. Install other apps
very nice and soothing sound, great experiance.
Very hard set PC to table (win 10)
it cant connect with any phone
Can't conntect to another android phone
bad , did not work , waste of time
Latency is really bad
It is not connecting
not working waste of time
I loved it alot
I cannot download the software on my computer.
I'm very 😞 disappointed
This might be challenging for non tech savvy users to set up. I didn't like the audio lag and the frequent reminders about getting the premium version every 15 minutes. It got annoying real quick. The app also stops working randomly and I have to restart it when that happens.
The tempo oddly seems slower and I could never get it to play in almost real-time flawlessly though unsure whether upgrading my Wi-Fi infrastructure will resolve that. Remember to open the ports on your router! (and elevate the process, it would not bind the port for me otherwise)
Installed on Win 7 Machine and Android Galaxy tab. Got similar windows on both devices with same IP. Setup on Win 7 allows changes but nothing on Galaxy amd when search, get no servers foumd. Software probably fine but level of guidance/instructions rate a 1 ;-(
I had to connect via IPv4 ip, which I have to type each time too since its not stored in wifiS. Start_run_cmd_ipconfig /all Find ipv4 preferred and connect with port 57000. My biggest issue though. Is that I need sound from my A to PC, not the other way. I want my better PC speakers to boost my secondary A screen volume (while setting A speakers to zero) for yt stuff while using desktop etc.
If you are looking for an app that can help you to hear music from you PC to everywhere in the house is fine, but if you are trying to watch a movie on your PC and you need a speaker that help you with the sound because your PC has a poor sound, maybe this app is don't the indicated. In my case and I trying many time the lips don't sync with the sound of my phone, the sound come late. By the way it's a great idea but not for what I was looking for...thanks
I was very shocked to realize THIS ACTUALLY WORKS coolest thing ever. But although the DVD in my laptop was not skipping the speaker on my phone would a little too often :/ Over All, I was able to hear more than ever before =)
This is the only one I've found that allows buffering while streaming. It still skips and jumps some at random. Server may need multiple restarts until it shows the correct IP address. I ended up assigning NY server a static IP address. Too bad the app doesn't prompt for a password on new connections. Voice interruptions are rather frequent as opposed to claims...... space them out for a better score.
Indeed i had some issues initially setting up but the developer's prompt response and support got me impressed ! .. As for the app it gives control over a lot of functionality and does the job pretty well. Needed a way to connect my bluetooth speaker to my PC/laptop. This app perfectly fite ! Thank you developer :)
My intention was to find a low latency wifi audio transmitter in order to use as a backup headset for PC gaming and I believed since the latency between myself and the router is about 1-3ms it would be a suitable replacement however when it came to testing the time it takes to transfer the audio is closer to 5000ms rendering it completely unusable for such purpose. I'm unsure of the reason why it would take this amount of time. As for general audio such as music it works perfectly and will play through both the phone and desktop after setting it up.
This would be cool if there was a Android based server, rather than Windows only. I have an Android media center and would find this a pretty awesome app!! Well done so far though. You have to buy full version to get rid of the sound issue.. Anyone else like Android based server too?
I have a ping over 60ms, so i have a slow response from my pc. Not good for games, but good for music, ty
First of all kudos developers, it is indeed a very nice app... Actually i was thinking of making an app like this myself as i need this kind of app very badly, so i looked it and found this app. This app works just fine...very easy to use, small in size BUT there is a considerable amount of lag...you should look in that.
One of those who would not rate any app but this saved me. No sound on my laptop anymore so with this I have my sound fully back. I am pumped. Tried 4 different apps and this the only one that worked. Thanks guys
The program decided to set up the server over my TAP adapter at first, even though it was disconnected. I disabled that which got the program to recognize my Wi-Fi adapter instead. Latency is pretty high, but it seems like all these audio over Wi-Fi programs are.
It's horrible. It connects fine but every 10 seconds it sounds like screeching tires when it trys to play what's in buffer at once.
I think with all the devices the sound goes through, the latency becomes too much for videos or games. It can probably be fine for music, but for some reason the pitch becomes lower. Good effort, but the tech limits this app's potential.
