I don't think the builder of this app is alive again, I tried to contact them, no reply and I like the app but now what you recieve is CALL FAILED and I still have airtime on my balance.
It's so annoying, I can't make calls anymore. Each time I tried making call, the response will be CALL FAILED. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR APP.
This is an extremely interesting improvement. Now one can dial you while you are off the app .. it wakes up into receiving mode. Only challenge now is it crashes when you open. Aside from this, it's excellent! I'm pleased and can get set to use this as a go to call option once resolved!
1. The app doesn't work with Swift Network Internet service. Keeps saying pending and calls don't connect at all. 2. Call history doesn't record and log. 3. App is very slow and laggy even on a phone with 3GB RAM and much more.
Nice application but more need to come in place, doesn't sync all contacts, no room for messaging both sending and receiving, can't find dial list, keep failing to connect calls it's annoying sometimes, but can be a nice app if taking care of by designer. Call sensor doesn't communicate also
Initially i was skeptical about using the app but slowly, i am becoming more and more used to it. Making unlimited calls, easy user interface. Havent had a problem yet. Though a home page could be nice to make it more unique.
The app should work with the proximity sensor. The speaker volume also needs re-coding.... cos it's always loud even when it's at the lowest volume. The rate of consumption is high... calls ain't clear
Good app. Works very well, but needs many improvements though. Doesn't work in background, contacts tab shows only one number when one contact can contain about ten numbers under it etc
Great app for making unlimited calls, but the app doesn't use Bluetooth, the dailer and calling interface needs an upgrade, the app doesn't stop when a normal call comes in. Please update this app, and your updates takes like forever to come.
I give 1 star because you don't do update often the last update is a few months old almost a year now the app can't still work with Bluetooth devices and the app has tonnes of buds, you guys haven't done anything on the app at all in a while and customer service does not respond to calls anymore.
You need to do a program overhaul.. Nothing works. Getting a number verification is a huge problem. Personal information cannot be edited in cases of errors. The idea is beautiful but tge app is not working properly. Kindly fix it.
This app prevents you from making changes to any personal information submitted during sign up. They basically lock you out from updating your own account. When I contacted customer care, I was told that certain 'Regulatory Bodies' prevents you from making changes to your own information. According to their policy they also share data with unnamed 'Third Party' services. I would be really careful giving out information to them if I was you.
Nice app but still with bugs,when placing call,the screen is always on, it doesn't matter if it's on phone mode or speaker mode,does not synchronize all contacts.
Scammer, they took my funds and i cant make call. Keeps on writing failed.
On registering, the code sent I tried inputting it only for the app to say wrong verification code. I have received the code through calls from their customer care number 6 times but it doesn't work on the authentication panel. Bad experience for the first time
So far, it has been a useful app. its easy to use, calls go through clearly without hitch, and i have been able to call any local network number of my choice
The app need to be updated. 1. No call logs its either it takes 24 hours to load or never. 2. The app doesn't have a home screen. 3. You must be connected to the wifi before a ca connect.
The idea is fantastic (I am glad someone finally thought about this). But the app does not work in background mode, and that is the biggest turn off for me.
This app is a useless as Tizeti itself. On signup they ask for NIN which I see no reason all these people are most times responsible for data leaks. On login first time it crashed and keeps crashing I couldn't even get inside the app. Try it only if you have time to waste and don't want to go to bed
Great app and good value for money. If you make calls for more than 6k monthly, you should definitely get this! The data usage is insignificant - I estimate consumes 1 MB/minute so if I call for 8 hours(480 minutes) that's less than 500MB used on the app.
Call quality is good and clear... However the referral program is a scam sort of.. It promises 30 minutes free airtime, but in reality is less than 3 minutes !!! I don't know why they can't just be honest about it.
Very nice and powerful app. Just need little improvement but, u should have released a beta version for customers review first before launching it into the market.....pls take ur time to review and fix the bug, nice app, really big idea.
It's a great app, recharging is easy. But the developers should add a means of sending and receiving messages.
You don't hear when screen is off. Sometimes you don't hear the person you're calling(vice-versa) and your credit keep wasting.
I can't login with the app but can login online successfully. Do more home work to get it flowing it could turn out the best IP call app. Bye.
I downloaded this app, I tried to authenticate it and was given my passcode through phone call but it kept on rejecting the password given. now I cannot log in because I could not authenticate the app. how do I go about this urgently??

I'm joyfully rating this app 5 star because it exceed my expectation and absolutely innovative solutions i have ever come accross while i was searching for CUG solution but Wifi call just solve my problem. Please make other features available too and see the my business page section as i cant save the page asking for email but no email box there. This app rock my business
On second thoughts, avoid this app. It requests permission to take pictures and record videos, and I see no reason why it needs either permission. Something's fishy here.
I can't even sign up, when i typed the correct Verification code, it kept showing wrong verification code.. Too bad and annoying.
I just top up my account, but am still unable to make call... It keeps showing pending.... I logged in on Web portal, I saw a msg in red asking me to update my NIN in my profile which I did, but am still unable to make calls. Call Failed....
