Finally managed to set it up after an hour or so, works when it wants to. Blurb suggests that you can add more users but there's no option to do so in the app. Push notifications are very hit and miss. overall useless app and useless doorbell. buyee beware

Connect the rings bell to you phone as you connect to the wifi.. you going to found it in the list ..will let you know that you phone is disconnect from you wifi.. it's ok then get into the ring settings and change the wifi .. select your home wifi and password.. that's it Remember let you finger pushing the ring button for some seconds.. that way you can get the option to connect you device to you phone. Finally I figured out.. I was close to drop in the garbage.

Connection successful after 4 hours though attempting all combinations of connecting it to my mobile and internet..it calls my mob & keeps image/video of caller. so it's great.

Push notification is very bad. It didn't work properly. Accordingly, you miss most of the calls

Awful. Doesn't give any options to connect to WiFi OR phone. Complete waste of money.

App crashes at step one - while trying to add a camera. Don't waste your money.

Poor connectivity with Android

When connection to doorbell fails, for example when reconnecting to a network, the connection to the doorbell should automatic start. It is difficult to manually open the app and check if app is connected with doorbell every time, and if not I have to reconnect. Improvements: auto connect, disable ringtone in the doorbell.

After connecting the doorbell to my phone, the app doesn't give me any option to change the wifi settings. Therefore I cannot use the doorbell. Please fix

Absolutely rubbish... You can hardly hear the ring, and there is no option to change ring tone. Also, keeps crashing.

Worked first time installed but eventually is unable to connect with the device. Resetting does not help either. Useless app!

It doesn't connect. It connected once after i tried so many times it failed.

Плохое приложение. Когда будет обновление? Жалко камера работает, а приложение теряет соединение. Как записывать на карточку не понятно. На почту не посылает. Когда поправят? Очень сырое приложение. Из-за него хоть дверной звонок выбрасывай. If you can't change settings you should reinstall the app and reset doorbell. Hold hold button ....as in YouTube. Can we use other similar APP?

Loses connection when I'm out, only rings twice on my phone quietly which isn't good in a loud environment, can't turn sound on when it rings, so they can't hear me. Can't answer it sometimes so glitchy there, if you can sort these problems out you will have an excellent product and it would make my year.

Password keeps coming up as incorrect once you change from default. App does not send push notifications unless running. Needs work! Would be be a lot better if these issues sorted! Can't really use door bell until these issues sorted!

Installed app but unable to get to advance settings to set doorbell to my router. When i click on setting there is no option for wifi settings. Now i am stock can't use the item until is connected to my wifi please sort the app out.

Hi ppl don't know if you will have more luck but the app crashes as soon as I click the add button does anyone know of a different app that works so I can use my new toy :) cheers

Need to fix password issue, otherwise descent app

App crashes regulary. Email settings do not work. Danmini should release the sourcecode so we can imprive the app. Contact me if you want some free help because I want my doorbell to work.
