Easy-to-use app for shopping at Wiggle. Simple menus, making navigation a doddle. Occasionally malfunctions, such as reviews not loading. In that surgeon, however, the back button saves the day, so this is only a minor gripe. Quick & responsive on my Google Nexus 6P. Eye-friendly design, with fonts and graphics clear and well-proportioned. Images with good colours and plenty of detail when zooming in. Overall, a great little app.
I'm impressed. It's easy to use and navigate. Wiggle's prices are good and they have some decent kit. Two minor notes for future upgrades: 1. Sometimes the size selector drop box locks. 2. The app could use a 'Back' button as it sometimes gets confused when I use my phone's 'Back' button.
The site is great and the service and products are really good too but the app is quite bad. Crashes a lot, doesn't let you check out and order your basket so you're better off using the website. Also, would be handy to see which items are out of stock from the list rather than having to click in to them. Definitely 5 star worthy if they can sort those.
I'm done with this app. More often than not the app doesn't load, you can't navigate to a page when you want to etc. Today was the final straw, had three items in my basket and I couldn't navigate onto the page to complete the sale. Is it too much to expect an online shopping app to work. Even force stopping it doesn't stop it from crashing.
Very easy to use. Handy when you need something quickly.
Truely Useless So you go to search for ANYTHING on this app, it opens up another sub section where you pick which sports category you want. As soon as you click on any of them, you are shown a spinning wheel which just spins and spins and then spins some more! One of the most useless Apps out there unfortunately! Deleted immediately after the above issues.
So much easier than having to Google it all the time. App is really easy to use.
The app currently produces error messages, menus won't open, generally an awful experience. An app for a major online retailer shouldn't be this bad. In terms of wiggle itself, the products are cheap but their metadata is awful. Try filtering for something and you lose lots of appropriate products and gain others that don't belong under that filter.
Sketchy in performance. Can access my favourites, but any search or even access through category results in app hanging. fed up with it, so binning off. (it has been like this for weeks) Edit: Came back to the app in the hope it is functionally sorted. Turns out it is even worse. Wiggle appear to have some major issues..
So easy to navigate through all the brilliant products, 1st class customer service and prompt deliveries
This app is dreadful, its inablity to allow simple navigation without crashes or just sitting there with the circle just spining without any action is incredible. Looking through the reviews I can see I am far from the only one. Would have thought Wiggle would make the key gateway to their products as solid as possible. Come on Devs, make it easy for me to spend my money!
I do use this app a fair bit - but at times I have the feeling that what I am looking for is there, but I'm just not getting to it! Slightly frustrating on that score, but otherwise I get good deals and am of course happy with that. I buy for myself and my good lady- MTBs and road bikes + kit - and for my 3 boys and their MTBs so am not looking for the best, costliest gear. I do my own maintenance and at times have had to use other outlets for tools and parts . . .
Buyers beware, not many savings to be made here. The company posts retail prices as sales and rebates when they clearly aren't (you can check for youself). Plus, you to pay duties at customs. On top of that, they don't post all the info of the product in terms of specifics, leading you to make bad choices in the heat of buy. And you have to pay the returns. All items were present but the item I need to exchange is unsellable because the package is ripped.
Previously the app was ok. Now however I can't even select categories. I've tried removing the app & reinstalling, to no avail. I logged into my account on the laptop & made a wishlist, nothing in my wishlist on the app. I've reached a point where I'm completely fed up with the app & considering never to order anything more from Wiggle.
wiggle is great and I shop with them a lot, but the app is no longer working as it should. i can still access my account, click through on special deals and text search something specific, but I can no longer browse into the main categories, I just get a spinning wheel. whatever you did Wiggle, please fix it as I've started buying elsewhere!
this app used to work fine. Now it's stopped working completely. Tried deleting the app and installing it again but I keep getting a message that the app has stopped. it won't even log in. it's very annoying and disappointing as I've spent a lot of money with them over the years
Wiggle are great. Excellent line of items to buy and the app is as quick and efficient as the website. Easy to browse and review your order history. Everything you need from a shopping app - quick, easy to use and supported at the back end by top quality customer service.
Works fine if you know exactly what you want to order and know the precise search term required to find your item. I find that if I try to drill through the categories to find a selection of items, road tyres for example, the app does nothing. I neef to go to the web to do that.
Just no improvement over the mobile website, so what is the point? Most annoying is going back to a search list from an item, it takes you to the top of the list every time! Sharing doesn't work either, unless copying link. Otherwise it works OK but mobile site is better
App used to work fine, now can't complete an order as page constantly freezes. Something seriously wrong with website as well, also can't complete order as it keeps telling me the Wiggle+ isn't available for my address even though I always choose standard delivery and never had any problems in the past
Live chat - the keyboard covers the window you're typing in, really hard to hold a conversation! Basket - items and buttons move when the screen loads resulting in tapping the wrong parts of the screen. Wiggle are a great online store, but the app needs some work!
Not useful at all!!!! You can browse and add stuff the your basket but when you try to check out and pay, the app freezes and never moves on to the check out page. Its been like this for months, I've reinstalled the app but it just doesn't work. Use the website or shop elsewhere
Great company to buy from. Always cheaper than the competiters, and fast delivery.
