The app was 5 stars, but recently, everytime I try to sign on, it immediately shuts down. using Samsung S8. I paid for the full features. addendum - had to uninstall and reinstall to get the app to function again. I think that I may have lost my notes.
Great content but major bug issues on Galaxy s21 1) when scrolling long pages app freezes 2) if you scroll through a page, back out of it, and then try to return to the same page, the page will have no content (blank white page) . Uninstall and reinstall will fix the issue. Has occurred on STEMI and hyperkalemia page on my breif testing
Excellent app! Really good to have such good summaries at your finger tips. I work in the UK so some of the treatments are very American based but the main reason I love this is for the differentials list for any disease. I've been using it for about 4 years and I have happily paid the donation price (although it is free). I recommend it to everyone!
Pretty good database. The annoying thing is it has to "rebuild"/update practically every time I use it (since I only go in every few weeks or less), which makes it basically unusable on those occasions.
I had uninstalled this app long back due to login issues , but having reinstalled it , the app appears smoother and more aesthetically pleasing to use , with no more login issues . for those who dont know , the app presents many Clinical pages , compiled as a succinct notes on diseases and procedures , there also a segment featuring Recommendation for antibiotics based on diseases and many more awesome features
I am a brand new provider so my experience is limited but I really like the format and the information that is displayed. Nice to see quick differential list to compare to my own list.
Update: this seems to be happening less frequently but still ongoing. OG: I love the content of wikEM but this app is basically unusable. Everytime you open it will "rebuild the database" and never finish. Fix this and I'd be in love. For now I will stick to the website. Thanks guys!
It is an excellent app. If you are in rush in your routine clinical work & need quick review. This is the app & it also puts you intact especially when you have a exam around-the-clock.

A great app and excellent resource. My one complaint is that occasionally the home page goes blank and I have to restart the app to fix it.
Content is great, however gliched all the time. Often freeze with scrolling, and after exiting the page, cannot return to the same topic (will just show a blank page)
Well desgined, short and sweet and to the point articles. Giving one star less cause it takes a lot of time to load the first time i launch it. Kindly improve this. Otherwise would give 5 stars.
Absolutely fabulous and extremely useful app for every working medicos. Loved each and every topic and very authentic solutions as well. You can rely on it blindly.
Love this app and the layout. Just wish it wouldn't automatically update randomly. Can make it hard to use when in a pinch.
Great resource, but frustrating it always needs a time consuming rebuild of data every time I want to use it and there is no effective cancelling.
Every time I need it, there's an update that can't be interrupted. It kind of ruins the purpose of the app - quick reference.
Seriously awesome app for ER! As a current PA student, this app is helping me so much in my ER rotations. It helps me expand my DDX, and think through my treatment plan. Best app I've found so far!!
The app no longer allows users to log in. " incorrect password" I even went as far as creating a new account. No difference.
All information are precise. Its like reading Tintinalli in point form. Very good app for the exam revision and on floor Emergency medicine practice
The moment you need it the app will force an update and rebuild the database. This issue has been raised to support and they don't care. You cannot under any circumstance trust this app in clinical practice.
Love this app and use it all the time, but with new update it is really glitchy and freezes randomly.
Current version of app has been glitchy - recently, it stopped allowing me to log in. I am able to log into the website just fine. Please fix.
i use this almost everyday on shift to help with differentials, diagnosis, and disposition. great app. highly recommend for any and everyone

Great content and design, however, the constant updates makes the app worthless when you actually need it.
Used to be amazing but this recent update makes it slow and not optimized for my screen. Looks like a web wrapper
This has always been one of my favorite apps and I used to use it nearly every day. However, the newest update made the app significantly worse. The search function is very challenging now - for example, you can no longer search "UTI", you have to type "acute cystitis." If your search term isn't perfect it will not work. The layout looks worse now as well. I will be looking for an alternative until the app is fixed.
