my phone suddenly off its own even though the battery is 80 or 70%. and can't open its own, it has to be charged first in 5 seconds before opening it. in two weeks this has happened 5 times. I just open whatsapps or youtube or nothing.my phone not hot when die. why?
I really like the Mobile it has good performance and hard as a rock, it feel 10+ times and it didn't even scratched still. But can you bring Android 8.0 please because now the 7.0 is obsolete and it lags a lot Please solve this problem of the low performance on apps
Pretty sure this is not caused by launcher but since last system update my WIM Lite lost 5GHz WiFi. Both as client and in hotspot mode. It was something I used heavily, and lack of it is a huge downside to otherwise good phone.
tbh I would much prefer the old version. the updates made my phone screen really .ugly. there's also even no edit options to disable app drawers which I feel uncomfortable using and i can't make folders.. this is just my own opinion but I think the updates were much worse than my expectations π can you fix this please
Auto downloads even when you don't want it! I keep deleting it from my phone and Wiko keeps installing it again, and it keeps showing its useless adds on the top left hand corner of my phone... Thanks Wiko.
never buying wiko again. F You for all the BLOAT. EDIT: I did contact wiko over email and even on twitter but there was no response. everytime you deliver qn Update, you do nothing but install and re activate all the BLOAT apps which you force down our throats whether we asked for them or not. the latest addition to the fleet of Bloat was the facebook app, which cannot be deleted, only disabled. maybe WIKO should think about updating the OS and security first!
My Spotify stopped playing after a wiko launcher update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify, cleared cache and data. So the problem is this Lenny4. There is no sound on my Spotify on this phone, but is on my other Android

we need a dark mode in launcher soon as possible . why we can update to android 9 on wiko view 2
Dear Wiko, I use prime view. It kept long to display the icons and the contacts keeps very long to display names and now I am not able to receive messages through your message application too.
When we updated to a new Android release, and after installation, Wiko Launcher and Google Play frozen all the system without any option to uninstall any of them. The only Solution was a new zero re installation... Result: All data lost!!. So a bad app!!
Simple smartly...perfect low coast phone with no-one disadvantages as all costly higher phones. I got in love with my WIKO PHONE bouth for 100 eur. Only it can not use fingerprint accessorial...by my mind I got more than many times coastlier phones. Only if in a reasonable time my phone continue to work as in first 10 days hiperactivities as I confidered my phone as I like it will become "best phone/money"at a markets of Europe.WIKO is made in the France...same as most of AIR-BUS aireplanes.

If I install other themes they won't be applied, there's no screenshot option, the ringtones are not good at all. I hope you'll improve something in this app asap please!!
It is good. But i would like you all to decorate like the huawei or like IOS, it would be nice for such a cheap phone. Plz update Everytime, decorate it soon as possible. Thank you
Wiko is nice,,but sometimes my app,like slow motion,stop,,must wait.interupt and then my key board always must have correction..interupt also,I hope can improve,,tq
Why I click home button, it always appear the select command: transfer to easymode or set it as default ? -> when i set default, it still appear, it's so inconvenience.
This current version makes my phone laggy and fails to launch the apps and it also slows phone down please fix this issues and make some new features and updates to the launcher and it's settings
As stated in my previous review, here are more in depth questions. I bought my Wiko device which is labeled as a WIKO RIDE U300ABB on the package for Boost Mobile. Why is it identifying as a WIKO Gallardo and why can I not find it on any of your device product lists?? Sincerely one confused device owner. Don't worry. The more answers I receive the more reviews like this you'll receive. Like where's all the official Wiko apps? All the other Android's have device specific apps.
This launcher is awesome, it's fast and stable ... I wish only you could add the icon pack support ... Lineage Os Team has a similar launcher with icon pack support.
its the best launcher i've ever encountered, it has everything u need and runs smooth and easy to use. But u have not enough widgets
every parts just awesome kinda stock android by google but for more awesomeness, my suggestion i would like u to add some customization such as number of drawer app grid on home screen and apps drawer thank you π
seems to stop me from getting to my notifications, yet, i can't do nothing other than pack up the apps since i can't swipe them away. too sad.
You guys are great but my phone keeps getting hot whenever I use certain apps and this didnt happen before, I'm sure you guys will try your best to help me sk thank you

recent version started spamming my notifications menu with large image links. Have been using Wikos as reasonable smartphones with replaceable batteries for years, starting with the Sunset up to the View Go, but here we get to an end.
