Wiko Support - Customer Care

My Sunny2 Plus always shuts off eventhough the battery has not swollen yet. The voltage doesn't show the battery is in bad conditions and when it shuts off, the voltage is not too low. I have been using this cheap phone for about 2 years. I got other phones that doesn't frequently shut off eventhough the batteries are swollen and can still be used

I regretted ever buying this device, nothing seems to be working. Battery is healthy and still shutdown when ever I want to make use of the phone.

Why did my Spotify suddenly stop working after a wiko update? Spotify has been cleared, uninstalled, reinstalled. It has to be with wiko Lenny4 because wiko Jerry still plays... It's been two months. This phone is the only one that has data on it to play vin the car.

I'd like to know why, in my Lenny4 plus phone, The App system take 5.82GB of memory occupying more than what i personally did. Also in the recent update i can't play a game that i always played smoothly cause of the system app occupying quickly 400+ MB of RAM.....

I updated the phone and downloaded facebook and whatsap .... It shows its downloaded but does not appear in my menu and i cant even open it at all.. am so angry

My phone's battery is so long that sometimes it shuts down before the full voltage of the battery,WHY???

and fix my phone bug problem. If my phone have a bug problem issues.

Sunny5 is a 3g/2g network type and now I can no longer surf the internet because sunny5 does not have a 4gLTE network

If my phone have any other unstandard problem please help me fix it wiko. I mean my phone software.
