This is confusing, you have wilayah parking and you have flexi parking 2.0.Both recognised my login from flexi parking first version and transfers correct balance. Which ones do you one us to use now? Both apps has identical council lists wilayah and selangor council. If its the same why bother with another app? If its the same app why allow both apps to install at the same time? If its a different app why recognised same login from previous app? Confusing right?
Something goes wrong that i paid MpSJ the monthly pass for the specific car but now the app cannot load to see at all. The amount already deducted from my bank. Kindly urgently respond to me. No support contact number as well.
The App can not function. Require to update to version 4.5. But , only version 4.0 is available to update and remain halted to make payment. Luckily , I've Smart Selangor Parking App is available and require to update successfully and made payment for that moment. After few days checked , The Wilayah Parking App , remain can not function and amount reduced RM50++ to RM9.45. Integrity problem . Now , the App remain can't update.
Why does this app ask for personal info like my ID card and not my car plate number on registration? I would think the latter is more relevant. Don't feel comfortable giving out my personal details.
Working well for me but since EZ KL Smart Park has monthly pass option, no choice but to move. Faster get monthly pass in your app and I'll happily stay
I hv both Smart Selangor & Wilayah Parking apps, the apps doesn't allow to use the same email address to registered. This is lousy! Wish the Apps Developer cod look into this issue
Scan&Pay compound is not available for DBKL... Always saman chinese area only, cannot pay in app. I am not going to walk to Dbkl in 2019 just to pay for saman. Send me the warning letter then I'll pay.
Thank you DBKL for opting to use similar system to the existing Selangor parking app. This makes it so much more convenient as users are already familiar with the flexi app and can use our existing account and credit to pay for the parking.
I really hope you can improve to payment by just scan the bar code like Selangor does. It doesn't make sense Selangor can do it but KL as the capital is left behind in such good technology
Today, 2nd Apr 2021, the apps keep on popping no internet and cant pay the parking. Not only mine but the same to the whole office mate. So I cant pay for parking today and if I got summon from MBSA, I will claim from you.
Nice apps graphic, easy to navigate. Easy to top up, with multipayment option.
Please stick DBKl parking at Touch n go.....so easy n user friendly, Y change, its confusing and not user friendly at all..... n the fact have to have so many apps
This is not right! I am paying for parking at DBKL Kuchai Lama, but when I pressed for "1 day", it charges for 20 hours. This bug has to be fixed ASAP!
I don't know how to update to version 4.5?! There is no update button on Google play. I've tried to log in but to no avail. please fix this problem!
Good. But the rate per hour is high compare to the normal slot in coins parking machine

New user. Setting up the app was ok. But it keep prompting "OTP has been send to you" but I never receive them. Tried many times to top up credit through transfer from my touch & go ewallet but could not do so. KL parking used to be together with smart selangor parking apps. But now it's been separated.
