Wildcraft Online Shopping App

Amazing. For me the shopping experience has been really amazing. Every product that I ordered arrived well before the expected date, the shopping experie has been on point and the product quality is just what I ordered. Even though I had to reschedule the order due to a certain situation from my side, the customer service was just a call away, supportive and responsive. There is no problem with the app. But they do not deliver product on time. No response if you leave a message. Even if you cancel through customer care, they do not confirm your cancellation. Horrible experience. I would suggest this is not the right place to buy your trolleys for your travel.

Wildcraft does not have a pick up for return policy even when defective products are sent. Customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive. If they respond, it is by continously copy pasting templates without reading the issue. Emails dont seem to be monitored by higher staff too.

Very poor and bad experience. Money got stuck.. On ordering the same item on different days, both of the time wrong item was delivered. No response from customer care, they assure to talk to authority only but not take any action. No matter you call or mail, there is no positive response. While you keep circling in a loop. I suggest not to shop.

Don't buy wildcraft . They have pathetic service. They don't have reverse pickup. I self shipped it. It is delivered on 3rd May. But still they don't have updated the status as received . I sent mail to customer support .call customer care but no proper response. I highly advice you people don't buy from wildcraft. I had bunch of mails . My issue is still not resolved. Wildcraft is not doing refund. I only had last option to go to consumer court. Wildcraft does not deserve even a single star

Never order anything from this app. I ordered a product and it was not fitting me. I tried to exchange it but there was no option of exchanging or returning. I spoke to the customer service support also but they also denied to help. Ridiculous customer support they have. Please do not order anything from this app. This brand never thinks about their customers satisfaction and always stick to their nonsense policy. At least products which are brought online should have an option of return.

Ordered twice on the app, and my experience is fabulous. Deliveries were mostly on time, but most importantly, there back end support was always available for all the queries I had regarding my orders. Quality of the products ordered are also good.

Updates 04.12.2021- Wildcraft gave me a satisfactory closure after quite a struggle. Install this app only if you want to lose your hard earned money. These are made in china products. If something goes wrong with your purchase or the product is defective and you contact their customer care then god save you. You will be stuck in the never ending loop of waiting for resolution hearing the false promises of the matter getting resolved in two to three working days. I am one such unhappy customer.

I had a very bad experience while shopping in Wildcraft app as the product ehich i have received is totally different as shown in the app and after that there is no return policy and i am not able to return it back and after calling customer care they are saying what we can do . We will send it to higher authorities .what does it mean first you are giving worng product and you cannot return it . Worst experience while using this app . I dont want to give even 1 star . Never helps and do email

I recommend you to NOT ORDER FOR THIS APP. THIS IS A SCAM FOR SURE. Definitely fraudulently and incompetent work.Never ever ordering for this app. Poor customer service. They had wrong product delivered and even after me constantly sending mails to them, best they could do was " Sorry for inconvenience , please provide complete details" when I've mailed them 4 times with full details. 🤦‍♂️

Totally Fraud people, their customer executives won't even talk to you properly. Very bizzare cancellation and return policy. They delayed my order and when I asked to cancel it they explained me a cumbersome process. Still waiting for my refund. It's been 10 days since I made a cancellation request. Do not fall in trap. If you want to buy a wildcraft product, buy it either from amazon or flipkart. The people handling requests made by this app are complete idiots.

Wildcarft is not up to good in products when you Oder any product they send you different products ...and when you go for return they didn't provide in return pick up in your delivery address...so it's not a trusted and customer service is so bad

Worse experience ... Not recommend any one to buy from this app ...........as the product..convertible pants ...... I found it very loose...and fitting is like loose pyjamas .... despite emails of the product...no response ....even it's possible to alter...... this was my last purchase of wildcraft products

My order was cancelled without letting me know what was the reason of cancellation. Also tried to call the customer care so many times but of no use, nobody is picking up the call instead they are putting the call on hold without answering anything..

Recived different item from what I ordered..... totally upset with service as it takes to much time for the return and refund process. I ordered shoes and received scandels insted. I ordered From official site so that I can get a better product. But I am not happy with the service.

I am very disappointed with wildcraft policies. I found the size of the jacket bigger but I can't exchange or return... I won't get my money back nor can I use the product... I feel so cheated... Due to very bad experience, I will request everyone to be careful when buying anything from Wildcraft and avoid wasting ur money... I will broadcast this every where. Didn't have an option to give 0 star. Placed an order on 31/01/2022 and didn't receive the items or an update from Wildcraft until 02/03/2022. Had to sort out the issue myself and had to cancel the order itself.

One of the worst brand. First they accept your order. But do not deliver your product on estimated date. They cancel your order on estimate delivery date without any valid reason. And if you contact them. They make some nonsense excuses. And you have to wait 5 to10 days for your money..(they use your money for 15 to 20 days) one of the worst shopping experience i ever had.. from my side i will give them -5 starts...

Worst customer service. They won't even respond. I asked to cancel a product 2 days ago and they didn't even respond. Even when I contacted them they are saying it is not possible as at that time the product was not yet packed. And still he assured to call me but he didn't. I have sent several mail regarding this and there was no reply. Very worst customer service

Beware of return policy: Any product bought online with discounted price or offers cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged. Don't fall for the trap of buy 1 get 1 policy. Product description such as measurements or cloth will not be in detail on the app. Once you buy it you need to exchange by spending additional money. I had to wait for 5 hrs near store to exchange the product. All that manager did was to take pic of product and give the new product. Same can be done by the executive.

There is no reverse pickup by Wildcraft. You have to return it to the company address by your own money and then they will refund the product amount only! totally dissatisfied by this service. You should enable reverse pickup like others flipkart,amazon,boat everyone does this.

You Think twice before buying any product from wildcraft. I wanted to exchange the product just because of size problem.... But they refused to do that and told me we could't bcz (T&C)......I m not going to order anything frm..

Very bad experienced they didn't provide return policy. I self returned the parcel two time , 1st time they didn't accept the parcel and 2nd time they said use India post or dtdc for return parcel that is illogical and didn't return the courier charges yet. Still didn't get response from them after sending so much reminders

Size of clothing is small and hardly find xxxl of xxl. I like Wildcraft products. But I have a very bad experience. Size differ from actuality and what is shown in the catalogue. It need improvement

Worse app and worst service. Be warned never ever buy anything from wildcraft Their garment size is NOT STANDARD They will send wrong sized products and when it doesn't fit , they won't even allow any return and exchange. You will only waste your hard earned money. *BEWARE* If you have to buy, get it from Amazon or Flipkart.

I received a bad product with a bad material quality and with no w symbol option on it. Worst return facility. Its better to use the store than the app. VERY POOR!

I am regular Wildcraft user, Wildcraft products and app is good, but the courier service of wildcraft (ECOM EXPRESS) is very third class, doesn't comes to the address and they themselves reject the package. ECOM EXPRESS senior manager use very abusive language to the lady customer. Wildcraft change your courier service otherwise you will lose your customers. WORST COURIER SERVICE = ECOM EXPRESS.

It's a worthless fraud app.Google Play should remove this app.I hope there would have option for -5 rating.I ordered one thing from this app and it was shipped on 10th Jan.Delivery date was given by 15th Jan.But still I didn't receive my thing and customer service people are not responding properly.Everytime they just say" It will be done".It's been more than 1 month, I told them to refund my amount.Infact of telling them 5-6 times, they have yet not responded and not given my money or order.
