Wildfire CU

I really love this app most of the time. It does have the occasional long pause before it will let you login, and I love the fast balance check. It does seem to be in need of an update though. It has been since 2018 for the last one. Crashing badly today, but probably because of the stimulus. Started last night and still erroring out.

UPDATE- glitch seems only a one time deal. Worked fine this morning and since. Still very pleased with it. App has never given me any trouble...until literally just now. Won't open for some reason, just keeps crashing. I've always had great luck with it, use it for probably 90% of my banking, paying bills and checking balances. So it not opening at all has me very concerned.

Buffering issues during peak hours. Using this app in the middle of the night is never an issue. However, using it, at say lunch time, is impossible. Not sure if issue is from server bottlenecks or some other issue. Love the app...... when it works.

Hello! Trying to do my banking here! For such a large business you would think that you could hire someone COMPETENT enough to get this app working! I need a bank that I can do my stuff online! This has been an issue for MONTHS! Fix your damn app!!! It doesn't work! All I get is your home screen. If I'm lucky to go beyond that, it just buffers for all of eternity. Your literally losing customers! It's 2018, keep up with the times!

Works most of the time, efficient interface. Recently received a startup error that won't go away and has stopped all banking activity. Would like a fix for that.

basic app to know your funds. Going online you have way more options and control, that is if they ever get the server fixed! Loading issues when you go online since January and they're aware but its yet to get fixed. Wildfire fix the loading/server issues online Please!!!!

App doesn't show account in negative and the employees are no help with any issues. As hard as it is changing a bank I ended up having to and glad I did. Huntington Bank has been great.

I swear idiots made this app. I answer all my questions correctly, even wrote them on a piece of paper and it says that they're all incorrect. I try to do this thing where they send me a confirmation code so I do that and it says its incorrect when I copied and paste the code. Smh.

Very user friendly. I have an app for another CU amd it has writing so small it's very difficult to navigate.

Most of the time the app freezes and doesnt give me the option to sign in. Just stays on a blank wildfire screen.

I can't even mobile deposit. Won't let me uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Been trying for so long and it keeps crashing on me.

downloaded the app and then it wouldn't even open. Tried it one more time, same result. crappy app wildfire

Love the app..never have issues...just wish i could deposit checks from the app instead of driving to the bank all the time

It doesn't work. Can't deposit remotely. Call the credit union and the staff says : yeah we know, sorry". I live 25 miles from Saginaw, wish I didn't have to use Wildfire.

Lately can not sign in, sits at the wildfire logo. EXTREMELY frustrating.

Just use this for basic tasks, and boy is it a time saver!

Since the update the app will not open. I thought maybe it was just my new phone but I'm quickly realizing that is not the issue ☹ I used to use this app on a daily basis for business and personal because we live so far from an actual branch. Very inconvenient to now not have it working 🤔

Pretty annoying that the pictures of this app shows the ability to deposit checks on my mobile device but there is no actual option for it on the app when I open my menu. Pretty po'd.

This app is so unstable it is ridiculous! I am so frustrated with it. I need the convenience of mobile deposit because I live a distance away!!! I will retake pics and re enter info dozens of times before I will finally get it to take! It always says my info doeant match the check and it DOES!!!

I log on, then get off. Forget something, try to open up app, and all it says is "starting". Have to wait hours before it works again. Constantly freezes or gives you a loading screen. It is the app not the site because I don't have problems when I use the main site.

Not sure if mobile deposit only works on Apple, but its frustrating to not be able to use it.

The mobile deposit sends a different image than what I see. So I take a pic of my check...the app says its ok. Then it gets processed and declined for not all 4 corners showing in pic or poor image quality. When I took the pic all corners were there as well as it was clear. Super frustrating because I want to use mobile deposit.
