This app goes from being "ok" to "poor" on a regular basis as new updates are pushed out. As of the last update on 4/18/2019 I can no longer answer calls. The app opens, displays the incoming call but when you tap to answer it hangs and the phone continues to ring. I've found that I can answer from the Collaboration browser extension so I've reverted to doing that for the time being. It's very frustrating when things are working and then an update comes along and creates a new issue.
Overall has good features but very buggy. Throughout versions, call audio goes between speaker and Bluetooth intermittently, so I have had important or sensitive information suddenly play out loud instead of in my ear. This is more pronounced in the new update. Now if I have call audio set to my Bluetooth, when I make a call neither works properly and I have to fully turn off Bluetooth for the other person to hear me. Incredibly frustrating and an unprofessional face to present to clients.
Used to work perfectly but then broke for about a year with updates. Seems to be working better now though.
One major flaw for me is that I just can't get it to work with my Bluetooth headset. I have seen the Bluetooth icon once on a call, but every other time it doesn't appear, and even though I hear the tones coming in my ear even I'm dialling as soon as I place the call I have to put the phone to my ear. Is there a quick fix for this?
Very pleased with the service. The only inconvenience is that you cannot use the mobile phone for other purposes if there is an incoming call.
Great app for working remotely. One drawback is the amount of steps needed to transfer a call, it feels like that could be streamlined.
crashes all the time. no call waiting beep. app is very delayed from the phone or computer. customers hang up or do not get answered. lost revenue due to this poorly designed app.
The basic app is fine but the fact on my Google pixel I cannot transfer calls internally when answered by mobile is a massive flaw - transfer option is greyed out
Needs to have ability to understand phone numbers that don't begin with 1 or do begin with +. Or needs option to adjust phone number from contacts list before dialing.
since we have gotten this system at work and i installed the app my Samsung phone restarts multiple times per day. i have removed optional apps and phone still restarted. what's up?
The app is great, but 1 thing I want to know - is there a setting somewhere which stops the call coming up on a bluetooth device ie car phone system & smart watch?
Doesn't work on Android Auto & transfers are poor compared to IOS as can't see Function keys for groups etc.
I have rated as a neutral review and sent a message to the developer. Iphone app works well, android cant seem to match it yet in our environment.

Doesn't work with Bluetooth as a phone app, only a media type app

Generally works well as an internal (and external) phone system for us. Annoyingly though it turns my phone ringer to silent every time I use the app. I keep missing calls if I don't remember to check every time. Is there any way around this (Samsung S20+)?
