Wiley Efficient Learning

They've updated it so you have access to pretty much everything you have when accessing through a browser. It's linked with what you complete in the browser so updates with your progress. Highly recommend.

So far, so good. Small annoyances here and there while using the app, but overall I have had a great experience taking practice questions for the A+ exam. I don't regret paying for access to the Test Bank and would definitely recommend to anyone preparing to take the exam.

Can't get past the splash screen. It started up with a notification stating that an update was available and I clicked on update now. Nothing happened. I tried it over and over and still nothing. I was forced to select the remind me later option which took me to the page which listed my purchased material; however, it would not respond to any selections made on this page. I cannot receive help from within the app neither. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time!!!

I had problems with loading the app for a while in 2018, but once it was fixed the app has worked amazing. It has great features to help with studying for the CPA and it is all very convenient to have on a phone or tablet. Gives access to the lesson videos and flash cards. It also lets you take practice tests and let's you customize what questions you want to see and the number of questions per attempt.

dont assume everyone is right handed. The rotation of the app is not acceptable. it rotates to the direction it wants, not to the device. then it rotates again as you use the app. does not let you swipe to next card. it moves to about half way and stops. I can work around it but it is very in-effientlearning. update: font or formatting does not allow entire question to be read without swiping flashcard back and forth to see full question.

The content is great, but it would be much more helpful if it was the exact same content as the computer version (allowing pre and post assessments and tbs assessments) and linking the two together so if a person completes a video and assessment on the mobile site it automatically updates the computer version or vice versa. This program costs a lot of money to not have that functionality.

I had trouble loading the app to access the content. I emailed the tech support and they responded within 24 hours. The app loads after following tech support instruction to clear some app data on my phone. Overall, the app is a convenient feature, but I hope there is a way to bookmark your place in questions, lectures, etc.

It takes some time to figure out the controls......then it becomes convenient

App no longer let's me select anything. It loads and tells me there is an update, but tapping the update button does nothing. When I exit that screen, it asks me to choose a product, so I try to select the A+ study materials, but nothing happens. No matter what I choose out of the main side menu, it takes me to the screen to choose a product. Completely useless.

The Wiley Efficient Learning app has made preparing for the CPA alot easier. I love having the opportunity to download the videos and watch them offline! One thing I wish Wiley could improve on is being able to finish a video on different platforms. For example watching a FAR video online then being able to finish it on your phone. Other than that, I love it!

This app is almost 💯. Almost. I am thankful for its additional feature (updated just today) which is fast forward, but why did you need to remove the rewind button? They are both great features, but I think it would have been better if you just retained the rewind button rather than replacing it with fast forward button.

FOUND A FIX TO THE LOADING ISSUE: First, make sure you completely exit out of the WEL app on your phone - make sure it's not running in the background. Go to Settings > Apps on your phone and click on the WEL app. Navigate to Data and Storage and DELETE all data and the cache for this app. Now try opening the app normally. You may need to download an update, but it should work perfectly after doing this. Hope this helps!

Can't scroll through passages in verbal sections on my smartphone. Every attempt to scroll takes me to next question

Solid alternative to full web UI / experience.

I originally downloaded the app about a year ago when I started studying for the cpa. It was originally a little difficult to use (videos loading for instance was slow and clunky), but they've made significant upgrades over the year. With covid occurring, I'm using it more than ever since getting to stream lessons from professionals is incredibly useful now that we cant meet and study in person

Can't beat the convenience. The only thing I wish it would do is tie into the online Wiley data. That way I could review or continue tests from my PC.

Screen not rotate. Cannot see the explanation while site on Wiley can see it. when using off line, doen't record progress.

Like others mentioned in previous comments, the app is broken. when trying to open it just gets stuck loading. This is very disappointing considering how much the study programs cost. From looking at previous comments, it looks like this issue has been going on for months and their IT still can't fix which is completely unacceptable!

Update: flaw has been fixed. Thanks! Earlier: Signed up for the Free Trial to try out the CMA Review Course and app, it only gives you access to some of the videos, which is fine. A few days later, I purchased the review course, and opened the app, and still don't have access to all of the videos. Technical support tells me I have to wait until my 2 week trial ends before I have access to all of the video. I have access via laptop, but not the app.

Just sync the data with the desktop account so I can have a single set of questions that I've already seen/gotten correct, and this would be 5 stars

Wonderful CPA Review Course App! The app is very simple to navigate and it allows to study on the go. The app includes test bank, flashcards, video lectures, quiz sessions, and more. It's another way to study when I don't want to do all these work to turn on my laptop. I especially love the flashcards feature!!!

The app is great! I do have a concern for the app regarding its video lessons. When I installed the app I wasn't able to download video lessons but I can access the Flashcards and Testbanks. The video lessons that can be downloaded would be a great help when my mobile data is not working. I hope this gets fixed. Thank you.

Wiley Efficient Learning is a great a study app with simple navigation. I can study and quiz myself while on my way to school, while eating, or before sleeping. It's very convenient to just pull out my phone and study even if just for 10 minutes. Wiley has a huge test bank where you won't need to worry see the smae question repeatedly. I highly recommend to download the app.

my main feedback is the mobile app and website dont interface with each other. unanswered questions dont sync up between the website and mobile app. the positive thing i can say about that bug is at least i get an opportunity to get another shot at the question.

Very nice 👌! Intuitive and in synch with website so progress maintained across platforms. No question interrogation however by the app. Which can be included. Content is really helpful, however wording is sometimes ambiguous and not acute so reader/examinee can misunderstand, but that could be me... Ties is with the book well and the book is similarly ambiguous at times. Both great! (AWS Cloud Only review) i realise after other comments content and functionality are probably seperate scoring.

I only do flash cards with the app. With a quiz, scrolling through the options on my phone tends to select an option inadvertently, which makes the app worse than useless for quizzes. But it's handy to have flash cards available all the time.

Pretty sure I rated this app earlier but it has not worked in weeks! It says loading everytime I try to use it. I am traveling and was hoping it would be fixed by now so I could get some studying done in commute. And when it did work in October, it never synced to my website materials for the 3 tests and lessons I did on the app
