Keeps stopping every 10-20 seconds making it impossible to watch a game. It's not my connection as this doesn't happen with any other streaming service. Needs more work. I wish they'd get the schedule correct too. The Shane Warne memorial was listed at 30 minutes later than it actually started so I missed that first half hour. This has happened numerous times. Please be more careful with getting the times right.

Live stream gets out of sync quite often. All I hear is audio, video freezes for many seconds at a time. Biggest issue is very so often, video stops completely with the error "Can't play video". Only way to get the video back is to go back and start the stream again. Both of these issues happen once every 5-10 mins. Awful app and service, especially considering that I am paying $10 per month for this garbage service

A substriction service with ads? Even if you get past that, you end up with the worst content streaming app i have ever seen. All videos buffer and pause every 15 seconds. You can only watch in full screen on your phone. Casting to your TV abruptly ends. Willow is one competitor away from losing all its subscribers. I'll definitely switch if I had any other option for watching Pakistan Cricket in the US.

The Willow.tv service has been an invaluable tool for me as an American trying to find a reliable way to watch cricket. I highly recommend the service to anyone. This app, however, needs an enormous amount of work. I get regular errors of "can't play video" which is supremely unhelpful and I could never get a straight answer from support about what this error means. Additionally the app lacks features that have become staple features of other video apps. The worst sin is that it does not remember your place when watching replays. This is a big deal for me because so much cricket happens either while I'm at work (IPL) or asleep (BBL) There is also no play in background or minimized video. so if I need to do something else on my phone I have to remember where I was and the scrub back to that spot. I should be able to look at an email and have my cricket stream playing in a corner of the phone. Chromecast support is there and it does work. However, you have to turn it on before starting the stream. There is no clean way to switch between casting and not casting. It's as if the developers never conceived of a situation where you might not start a game and then never want or need to move elsewhere. This is a sport that can ask you to watch for 8-9 hours for an ODI. The whole point of having this on my phone is so that I can take the game with me wherever I go. I can only hope that the 1+ year of zero updates means they are working on a complete overhaul of the app to bring us something that is more in line with other video apps.

The app was working just fine, then just started glitching. It started with the video cutting out at random times, the app exiting randomly, and saying 'can't play' until you close the entire app and restart it. Now the live stream won't even play at all. You get that little loading screen, and then everything freezes. The games aren't even playing anymore. Not cool!

Bought it to watch the IPL, but had to then use a Sling pass, register an account with Sling, and then get the Willow package in Sling to watch it? That makes no sense at all!! Easily the worst UI for a streaming service ever. Very unintuitive and not easy to search for anything besides current matches. Also, the one game I tried to watch it was towards the last 5 minutes, but it started playing from the beginning and I could not forward to the live feed.

Got this app for the India Australia series. The main stream keeps freezing, sometimes looping over the same segment multiple times. It supports chromecast but shows no notification to control the stream in the background. The interface itself is archaic and the app offers no way to follow teams or set up notifications for matches. When the stream is up, the video quality is decent, but overall I can understand why people choose pirated streams over this.

Streaming needs improvement. At times, I lose connection while casting and I had to recast it multiple times. Customer service is worst than you can imagine. I had to be at the back of them to cancel my subscription for a month. Responses were delayed as if they want to drag to bill you for one more cycle. Unlike other streaming apps, you cant cancel subscription in the app itself. You need to send an email and not even a phone number to call. Cancelling the subcription is a real pain.

I have willow subscription for 2 years. This is a poor professional service. They only broadcast some matches. And although it is a paid service, they do put their own advertisements. It is sad that there is not much other good alternative service that provides comprehensive coverage for all matches. They also are slow in uploading highlights. Hotstar is much better service in what they cover although they don't broadcast all matches either.

Needs improvement. All the international games gets moved to the very end and it's a struggle finding them. For some reason, the unpopular league games appear on top. Also the app is not very user friendly. For example, subscription options are not available within the app. Hoping they will update the app soon.

For a paid app its just slightly better than an illegal live stream. No options to cast from a smart phone, fine as the apps are available on fire stick and Roku which do work great. However I find there to be broadcasting issues. Like during a live event it will stop broadcasting and say this will be back shortly. There isn't a support or anyone you can reach out to.

Still a long way to go! I appreciate the work that the developers have done for this app but it, there's a lot that needs to be done No picture in picture Nothing above 720p The UI is very laggy When you switch apps you have to kill and reopen the app to play your video These are simple fixes which can enhance the app so much and make it enjoyable To me it seems like they don't care since there's no alternative out there to watch cricket. I hope someone fixes these issues.

App is really poor. Constant skips of audio. Keeps freezing all the time with error messages. Chromecast stream stops every few minutes. This is on a 300mbps fiber connection. At least content is okay - they do cover a decent amount of cricket. Poor app overall. Perhaps getting Willow through a TV network may be a better idea

I see the video thumbnail but when I click, I get the loading screen going forever and nothing comes up. I travel a lot. So, I get to catch most of my games on my phone or laptop. But it makes no sense to have this subscription if I can't get anything out of it. Really considering canceling my subscription.

They are showing new matches only on TV. People who are trying to connect phone to tv via chromecast, it's failing. There is no issue for other apps to connect with tv via chromecast. I pay my money, but I m very disappointed. They need to understand all users.

AWFUL. Worst streaming service on earth, without doubt. As a cricket fanatic, having to suffer through Willow really makes my blood boil. Where do I start? Video streams at only 720p. No rewind / forward functionality. Stream randomly freezes for no reason. Having to watch ads upon starting any video or stream (despite being a paying subscriber). Having to watch ads upon re-starting any stream that had just frozen (clearly they do this on purpose so we are forced to watch more ads). AWFUL.

The app is terrible on both Apple iOS and Google Play. On Apple TV there's no way to log in even though you pay for the channel through your cable provider and on Samsung devices while you can get to the channel provider screen it just spins and spins when you click your cable provider but it won't let you log in. 100 percent garbage. Hot trash!!!!

While the stream quality and picture quality are decent, beware of the fact that the website has no option to cancel your subscription. Yes, you heard that right. This very basic thing is not included. You have to email them to cancel, then they will take several hours to respond with an email asking you to reconsider. Then you have to email them again. While going through all this, my credit card got charged for another month that I did not want. I am not subscribing to Willow TV again.

They do not let you watch some games unless you have cable. This is crazy and old school. If you are into some local games this thing could work. Not great if you want to watch international cricket. App is very basic and does not let you make subscription or unsubscribe.

Terrible streaming app for a paid service. Obviously they don't care to improve the user experience since there are so many bad reviews. App lags, hangs, crashes, fails to stream or buffers constantly. Disappointing

Awful customer service. I signed up for a free 30-day trial. It seemed the only way to cancel it was to email them (there is no Cancel Subscription button anywhere). They took 3 monthly payments from me before they replied and cancelled my subscription. Now they won't refund the monthly payments they took.

Multiple issues - No way to cancel service on app or website - stream stops frequently - audio and video get out of sync - while the stream was on and showing India vs Australia test, it switched automatically to England vs SL. Way to serve your customers! - no native app for Samsung TV running on Tizen OS Was forced to get this because no other steaming service was covering India tour of Australia

There is no way to cancel the subscription on website or app. You have to email them just to cancel. I emailed them 3-5 times already and I have not heard any response yet. There is no way to remove my credit card information also so I can't stop them from charging. Had to call my credit card company and work with them to end this subscription. Just one click on the website to start the subscription and no way to cancel it.

App is very annoying like always, new thing they started is now an ad will play every time you run the app then if application fails to run the ad will play again and this application crashes a lot. It forgets credentials also, now when I click on TV provider to sign in AP is unable to open the link.

They are changing 60 dollars for subscription and chanel doesn't work after that they wants 10 more dollars for sling i didn't pay maybe if we will pay 10 more dollars they want more. Now i want un subscribe they are not give me any option to do it. So save your money and stay away from this app.
