Triple charged for one parking. Seriously? The date of booking is shown with very little letters. As a result booked for the wrong day. Tried to change the booking to no avail, BUT was charged second time without even knowing!!!!! There are no terms of cancellation shown when you cancel the booking. So after I finally booked for the date i needed and checked my account, I ended up being charged 3 times!!! THE WORST APP EVER!
A good app with a clean & easy to navigate gui with useful features. There is one major annoyance though. I changed my booking by bringing the entry time forward by an hour, for the same fee as the original booking. Rather than simply revise the booking, the app cancels the original booking, creates a new booking and charges my credit card a second time. So after 48 hours there are two charges on my credit credit card and no sign of a refund for the original charge.
I absolutely love the convenience Wilson offers! Apart of having great rates than others I feel safe to leave my car somewhere which has great infrastructure, good parking spaces and being disable I can easily find disable spots very close to ramps or lifts!
Payment system always seems to be down and buggy. When booking via phone it also dont seem to flow through to the system at the actual carpark leading to full freight fees to be paid (rather than early bird). Very disappointing
The additional pricing after the designated time is not clear. It does not mention how much it is charged. Please display your pricing outside the designated time. I got charged a few times and this can be very misleading.
Clean interface, easy to use. Carpark details include the photo of the entrance. Haven't modify any of my bookings yet so can't comment on this.
App doesn't show all the parking near you. I end up booking a spot that is much further than the place where I'm going. Yet, the spot that i book online is more expensive than drive in.
Works well, but really needs a feature where you can do multiple bookings at a time. Like selecting 5 working days in a row and paying 1 lump sum rather than go through the process 5 times.
Easy to use and navigate. great for securing at spot, especially in the city and for a slightly cheap price. every but counts
I'm assuming it's an honest error, but the 15 minute session auto charges for an hour. What's more, if I go to add 30 minutes to it so I don't run out of time I get charged a whole new hour booking fee i.e. paid for 2 hours yet only get 45 minutes of time. Hopefully this is rectified soon. The app overall is more visually appealing than the previous version but is lacking the useful features such as casual start stop parking.
Very buggy. Regularly does not work, saying unexpected error. If it happened occasionally it would not be too bad, but every few days you'll be rushing to work and fail to book a park. And don't bother calling customer service. Happened enough I felt the need to comment.
Most modern parking apps have moved with the times and let you end your parking when you leave. Not Wilson's. Pay for 4 hours, can't get into a venue because of COVID capacity limits, walk back to the car and leave 15 minutes after arriving and pay for 4 hours overpriced parking.
Pathetic new user interface. Confusingly you have to confirm car park but selectd car park not visible on screen. I pity the phone help desk people. Bring back epark.
Great for finding and booking parking at a cheaper price than driving up. So easy to use.
Really well designed and easy to use. You can customize your car color and name which is quirky.
Quick and easy. In conjunction with the parking card, this is a very convenient way to book and park. Also cheaper than just arriving without a booking.
App says my account is "complicated" and won't let me login. Use the same details and login to the website just fine. Uninstalled.
Terrible app experience - it continuously hangs and there are no user messages where the flow isn't working or it's stuck, so you're left to guess what's going on. Would use their website instead.
Not easy to set up. Not very helpful when you need help or the app charges you wrong, they aren't happy to help
Every time I login I have to reset password. I ret password log out and log back in few minutes latter get error wrong password.
One of the best aps I've used. It's logical and easy to amend details. Really excellent.
not the easiest to navigate, but once it's set up. it's good to go. should be a way for parking to be returned easier tho..if missed or otherwise
It would be better if allowed you to select and area, date and time and then provided the lowest price
cheap but the parking space is so tight and most of the spot on ground and upper level are all reserved.
Book and park, easy to use, and most importantly, it's cheaper than drive in.
like the simplicity and clarity with booking a parking spot. suggestion: a 'book now' option would be nice, with the start time as the next available booking slot
Fabulous, easy to use, gives options to alternative near by car parks. I have used this car park several times, it so central to so many areas. We stayed at Swissotel and seeing show at the lyric theatre, ust so convenient. .............................................................................................................................,..............................................................................................I don't wish to write 500 words, seriously less best
