This camera is total junk. Worked just fine as long as the the ethernet cable was plugged in but will not work at all with our wireless. Taking it back. This is our second one-had to return the first one because of the same issues.

So i have had four foscam wireless pan/tilt cams setup in my house one of them in my garage and it works great.(I live in a condo on the top floor 3rd lvl my garage is on the bottom and towards the front) setup wasn't easy but it works just fine I check up on them from time to time and I am able to access them from my desktop computer to pull videos you must install sd cards if you want as little hassle as possible! Make sure you sync your phones time with the cameras if your having connectivity issues and sometimes you have to power off and on again this is about once every two months for me videos delete from memory cards after 5 months of thousands of videos piling up so my experience has been completely different from everyone else's opinion of them. Take your time installing and follow directions with each camera after all are set make one the master for all the others to link to in the desktop app included in the box on cd ip access tool it makes it easy and then setup the mobile app with the same credentials! Run on sentencing i don't feel like punctuating anymore.. enjoy cause i have and still am😁

Will rarely work if not connected to WiFi. Also when you click on check for updates it always fails after you get a notice stating you have an older version.

Junk!! Throw this POS in the trash!! Waste of time. Will not connect to wifi wirelessly.

I can never view my cameras when I need to. The app is always saying the cameras are off when they shouldn't be.

Better off paying more for a real security camera. After a year, I can tell you that the Winbook is unreliable at best. I have 2 of them. The alarm goes off but you can connect to your camera. The WiFi is sketchy. Hardwire works fine but that defeats the purpose of WiFi cameras. The cameras are actually Foscam cameras. I also have Arlo and Reolink cameras which are head and shoulders much better. Spend the $100 and buy one of those instead. You will be much happier. They are truly wireless and battery operated. There Reolonk also supports an SD card and has sound and a mic.

WARNING DO NOT BUY. THIS IS JUNK that is why it is priced so cheap. If you want to protect your property you will have NOTHING but hassle after hassle to get this running correctly, then the equipment will fail to work properly. But SPECIAL BONUS if you install an SD Card it will snap and take unscheduled pictures and video of you, only the man upstairs knows where those go. So I hope this isn't in a bedroom or you don't care about your kids having strange eqt taking pictures etc at times it's not supposed to. In summary, worst security product over a dollar. I regret buying this camera and being forced to use this software. Buy name brand with positive reviews. Complete junk.

Absolutely garbage. Completely useless says I don't have permissions for anything worked for all of 1hr and now I cant view anything.

This app is terrible and the camera is terrible. Why would I pay 49.99 a year for cloud storage when nothing else you offer works properly.

It's great when you pay the 4.99 for video recording when motion is detected and also a snap shot shoes up on the app as well.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My setup was easy and straight forward. I haven't had any issues so far.

Per tech support the app isn't compatible with the Winbook Camera bought at Microcenter. Even though Microcenter owns the brand, the app, and manufacturers the camera. STAY AWAY!

Kind of messed up that they over take record time from local to paid cloud space. Should say on the box that they control video footage...... for a cost

Despite bad reviews, the app itself work 95% of the time. It does however drain the battery life on my S7. Even with the app closed its used 5% battery life in 1 hour.

It does not mention anywhere on the box that a monthly or anual subscription is needed to send photos or videos to your device when motion detection is activated. If you just need to monitor something non security related, then this fine. The free version only sends a text which is useless.

Very poor support. After just a couple hours the unit lost the wireless internet connection. Was unable to reconnect. Was unable to get any decent support. The text at Microcenter we're worthless. Only referring me to a user manual.

Tried several times and multiple ways - could not connect to the camera. Piece of junk.

App has been "connecting" for 20 minutes and still hasn't loaded. If it doesn't connect then it's useless for it's intended purpose and is nothing more than wall art.

Poor system reliability, wireless access drops frequently and reconnecting is a painfull process.

It does not connect all the time for me. Sometimes the wired camera says its on and others off. I still have to comnect the other camera to Wi-Fi, I will see how that works. It would be perfect it it would comnect all the time.

Usable but there are countless bugs. Very easy to make the app crash.

I have 3 cameras and they are working fine.I've had them for 2 yrs..Motion detection works and i can connect to camera with no problem.I can take a picture or video when motion is detected .
