* This is a widget and will not show up in your app drawer so please do not down-vote before following these instructions: After installing, you must place one or more instances on your home screen or other screen. On older Android devices, long-press the location where you want it, and then from the pop-up that appears, navigate to the bottom of the widget list and click on Wind Dummy. On newer devices, look under the "widget" tab at the top of your apps list.
Once placed on a screen, you can configure each widget separately to display data for any of over 17,000 weather stations in the Weather Underground network. To find your best stations, zoom into the global map here: http://www.wunderground.com/wundermap/then tap a WindDummy widget, enter the station ID, click OK and you should be good to go!

Note to users: its widget installed only.
No option to change units and widget it too small to read. No option or dropdown to choose nearest weather station. Un installed! The review graph says it all. More bad reviews than good.
Downloaded, installed, does not give "open " button or show icon on Droid 3.
To get your weather station ID go to the wunderground link provided, search for your city or town to see current local weather. Scroll down to "FORECAST" it will say 10 forecast for weather station XXXXXX. That is the weather station ID number you are looking for. Cut and paste into widget for your local weather.
Works good, but had to remove widget as it constantly uses data slowing my phone down. Graphs appear very small on my droid x.
Tried to download with drod x but does not give an open option.

Shows installed on my droid 4 but I cannot locate it in my apps folder. Uninstalled.

Unable to sync/find Canadian weather station. Useless for me.
Works great on my HTC Thunderbolt! Remember - this isn't an application, it's a widget and will not show in the app drawer...

Looks like a great widget but you can't change the wind station on an HTC Wildfire.

Lame! It doesn't show up n my apps and when I go to open it from downloads it brings me to the market. ,<======= Droid incredible
Too complicated
Widget is too small (not enough height) to display anything but name of station (takes up 2 lines of text). The more important information which is wind speed/direction is chopped off at bottom of widget.
