Wind Tre Business

Wind Tre Business is the free Selfcare application reserved for Business customers with Direct and Wind Tre Business offers, which allows you to monitor the entire consistency of your company and the history of invoices issued, monitor the consumption of your offer, view the traffic carried out and keep in touch with us without consuming the data traffic provided by the tariff plan. Select your type of offer and immediately start browsing the app!
Access as an Employee allows you to:
- check the remaining credit;
- consult the list of top-ups made with all the details;
- view the offer and the active options on the line;
- monitor consumption and check charges / credits;
- receive notifications to monitor consumption thresholds;
- verify the coverage of the network on the Italian territory;
- view the list of operators and services available abroad;
- consult the FAQ or receive direct assistance via chat with the operator;
- find the details of the SIM;
- associate your own login with up to two other SIMs;
- top up the telephone credit and change the offer (only for customers with SIM Three Business).
To use the registered App services or access directly thanks to the automatic login. Access with credentials from the Company Manager allows instead of:
- consult company data;
- view the list of all mobile and fixed lines;
- access the detail of the single selected line;
- have the history of invoices issued available and be able to proceed directly through the app to the display and sending;
- receive notifications in the event of overdue invoices, invalid payment method, specific promotions, data threshold abroad and exhaustion of the Giga Smart Share basket;
- monitor the progress status of requests to activate fixed lines;
- consult the list of top-ups made for the SIMs in the registry;
- view the devices in consistency with payment mode and status;
- discover the promotions reserved for your company;
- receive assistance from our operators directly in the app;
To use the services of the App with Responsible user, registered through the Selfcare portal, accessible through the link https://selfcare.windtrebusiness.it/ for all customers with Wind Tre Business offers or at the link https: // selfcare .direct.windtrebusiness.it for all customers with Direct offers.

Crash , Crash , Crash again!!! Not expected from such a giant tech

After a plan switch the application started working again. But with the former plan it just crashed on login no matter what.
