App and website does not allow me to register. Also, my rates were increased because they took off the safe driver discount for an accident I was involved in and it was not my fault and thrown out in court 2 years ago. The lady was rude and told me that I could either pay or look for a new insurance. Obviously, this company doesn't care about its customer or about getting new customers.
No place to register a new account or file a claim; but the voicemail for the office's says you can - pointless. I still have to wait to call in to an office (no time zone info given though), so what is the app for? Oh, and not being able to close out correctly - ridiculous.
This female SO CALLED "Kristen Villa" ask me too much personal info and my dumbself gave it to her. She tried to tap into my phone and open my bank account app. I quickly got scatchy turn off my phone. Out of know where the phone turn on by itself. I took out the battery. Went on my computer change everything on my google account. Everything stop but I'm keeping a look out for now on.
The apps sucks and so does the webpage. Also, they don't even have a way to email them any problems trying to change password or anything👎👎👎👎
horrible... only use is to pay the bill and show you what number to call in order to do what this app was suppose to do... if you needed info on your policy, or just to file a claim... better off calling your local agent.
No option to register on app or online. Garbage.... Yeah it shows on the picture you can register but when you go in app all it says is login or file claim...
I cannot exit the application. The navigation buttons will not show up at the bottom of the screen. Moto E4 Verizon
doesnt let me sign in. says app needs update. when I have the latest version. uninstall and reinstalling the app didnt even work.
reduculouse get a new programmer or tech there is no option to creat account .only a sign in or claim . makes no sense for older people that are not app savvy or now how to use smart phone .
Have problems logging in and then when I try and reset it doesn't let me do a new password so I can get into my account. :/
App doesn't have lower case letter options. It only has upper case letter options. Because of that I can't sign in.
app is in a permanent state of maintenance, I haven't been able to log in for several months.
Because 0 zero stars isnt an option... Please look into your app and web page as neither have ever been helpful
I try to create the account, it's telling me the certificate is not trusted, it doesn't allow me to change my password
it's worth the download it save time to pay or look up your bill I would tell everyone
updated my app. now it says the app needs to be updated. can't use the app now.
Cant register either here or in the website. If you cant rwgister then u cant log in. Whats the use for the app then?!
the app always has a problems to take you payments. never works
every 6 months they raise there rates. . worst insurance company ever... this will be my last 6 months. . I'm canceling after this

This Company SUCKS! AGENTS RUDE AS HELL, PAYMENTS NEVER GO THRU AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU FOR A LIVE REP TAKING PAYMENT AND APP NEVER WORKING. I 😠 HATE WIND HAVEN
Switched from iphone (which worked) to Android (now it doesn't), also it shows additional fees on the account but doesnt state what for. I have auto bill pay, but my account shouldn't show a large pending amount. So I called the company and informed them about the issue and all it could say was it was a discrepancy, but still haven't cleared it out from last year.
